I found this product by searching on the Marlin forums looking for a solution to my rifle's heavy trigger pull. It worked exactly as advertised, was fairly easy to install and the installation video was clear and easy to follow. I would certainly recommend this product.

The product shipped very quickly and was easy to install with the helpful YouTube videos. The springs took off a significant amount of weight from the trigger pull as adverised. I would highly recommend this upgrade.

Went from 5.5 pounds to almost exactly 4 pounds. Have yet to take it to the range but it can only help.

After installing the spring kit the trigger pull is definitely lighter. Installation is easy with the online video. Should have ordered the trigger too.

Works Great, Best thing you can do to a Marlin 60.

Put this spring kit in my Marlin 60 and reduced trigger pull from 5.5-6.0 lbs. to 3.5-3.75 lbs. I am not sure why but the trigger pull seems much shorter. Same rifle same ammo reduced my sight-in groups at 25 yds. from 2+ in. to .25 in. I am a fan!

Works great, tighter groups

I was nervous about installing this kit, but the video made it easier that I thought. Love the trigger pull now. Not as good as my CZ 455, but a significant improvement over the stock trigger.

Works like they said it would

I watched the video a few times, then played it step by step as I put the the Marlin 795 spring kit. It only took about 1/2 hour to complete. I don't have a trigger gauge, but it definitely reduced the trigger pull.

Overall, I am very satisfied.

Thanks...

worth a try

I have a Marlin Model 99c (pre-runner to the Model 60). I cracked the trigger guard and it spurred me to buy a Aluminum trigger guard and drop in target trigger from DIP, Inc., as well as the McCarbo spring kit. The best part of the McCarbo experience is the tutorial videos. They are awesome and allowed me to tackle the spring kit project with some confidence (I would say I am moderately mechanically inclined). the down side is that I don't believe the springs did much help. I unfortunately had a very heavy trigger. It was my polishing work in the sear that made a difference. Now, to be McCarbo is not promoting sear work with their video, but again, the videos at the website gave me the confidence to take the whole trigger assembly apart and tinker. I had no choice but to polish the sear with 1000 grit paper. If it goes full auto on me, time for the metal scrap bin and buy a Henry...........however, I should be okay, as it is dry firing fine and cycling fine.

Worth it

This kit may seem a little expensive considering that it only consists of a set of small springs, but you gain that value and more, in a better trigger assembly for the lifetime of your rifle.

Worth the money!

My model 60 was the first gun I ever owned. I pulled it out of mothballs recently for some plinking and had forgotten what a stiff trigger pull the gun had. Found this trigger kit online and I love it. One word description for the trigger now: sweet!
