Grate product as always I've never had anything go wrong with there stuff and I shoot my guns alot but I did have trouble with them sending my parts out this time it was about two weeks before thay ever sent my stuff out this time but It didn't take long after that mailed it I still love them and I will still buy from them
need an instalation video on the ruger LCP2 22LR as it has a safety and a mag disconnect.
Trigger pull is lightened, but hammer spring is too weak for sure ignition. My .22 went from no misfires due to light strikes to about 50% light strikes- so it is totally unreliable- I put the original Ruger hammer spring back in. I left the trigger return spring in place and it does reduce the trigger pull by 2-2.5 lbs. I expect the .380 kit works just fine, center fire primers are much easier to ignite than the .22 rimfire.
Easy to install and the results are a smooth trigger pull with no stiff wall. Sweet trigger kit
I recently purchased the spring kit for my wife's lcp2 .The kit was easy to install , I had the installation video beside me while I worked . I followed the instructions and was finished in no time . I did notice a slight bit of creep in the trigger , but not enough to make a big difference . My wife's target groups really improved . I would recommend carbon products and will be purchasing a kit for my Smith and Wesson shield . Thanks fellas .
Excellent product and easy to install thanks to the great video tutorial provided on Youtube. Thanks for the great product and assistance. I would highly recommend it.
Watched the video for the LCPII .380. the .22lr is slightly different, but I was able to install the spring kit with ease. Cut my trigger pull from right at 6# to a little under 3#. Trigger feels smoother as well. Highly recommend this kit!
Definitely a reduction in pull weight after this kit installation;but not to much (did not measure before and after). Pretty impressive to Improve the trigger on a micro semi-auto rimfire without creating reliability issues. Since install I've fired 150 rounds without a problem. Almost bought a spring kit from your competition. Glad I purchased from you guys.
MCARBO is a great Company to deal with and they ship very fast. I'am a Gunsmith that works on a variety on different firearms. I love being able to turn to one Company that has done the homework on many of the models and has taken the guess work out of what really works. I just finished a trigger job on a Ruger LCPII using the MCARBO spring kit and it was perfect and feels like a new gun. Thank you MCARBO.
Due to the very informative installation video, installing the trigger spring kit was pretty simple, and definitely has lightened the trigger pull. I would definitely recommend it to make shooting the LCP 2 more enjoyable.
This spring kit makes a good gun better. Recommend these upgrades to anyone unhappy with the LCP2 trigger pull. The install videos make this upgrade a no brainer. The quality is outstanding for the price point.
The spring kit was very easy to change. Great price and quality. My Ruger lcp 2 works smooth and the trigger pull is lighter and crisp.
If you really want to do this Spring Kit for the LCP II in .22LR, save yourself a ton of trouble and just pay MCarbo to do it for you. It's worth the $95.00 to let them do it! Having said that and fought for several hours trying to get it all back together, I would recommend the only way I got it back together. Partially assemble the FCU with it partially installed in the grip. The FCU on the .22 is just plastic and has parts that do not exist on the video for the other LCP II caliber. Save the Weird Little Brass Arrow Piece and the Safety Lever TILL VERY LAST. Then Remember to push forward the little piece that allows the FCU to be finally seat. While I finally got it all together, it was a sincerely noticeable pain in the rear. I normally install these kits myself, but the LCP II in .22LR is just a total nuisance and made the experience VERY unpleasant. Everything just falls off constantly, and once I figured out partial assembly and final parts it was better. Frankly, I'm just glad I'm done.
I've been around the block in shooting and bought more than my share of equipment. I would like to say that I am glad to find this company with top quality products and service. Don't hesitate to purchase their parts and accessories.
I watched the videos for installation of the 3 springs. Thought it would be easier than it was. Reason 78 years old with poor eyesight and shaky fingers. All in all works like they say. Love the product and the customer service. I would highly recommend MCarbo.
Instruction Video was easy to follow . I have zero experience And two left hands when it comes delicate tasks.
