Couldn't ask for an easier installation. Went on in less than 15 minutes. Had optic for over a year, waiting for mount, but it was worth the wait. Stable platform, well built, no wiggle, love it. Went to range to sight in the optic and ran out of ammo (1 box of 9mm). Got it close, so back to range to finish up, bring more ammo and have more fun!!
It was worth the wait they seem to have gotten it right works great!
Absolutely love this Mount for 40cal sub 2000. Mcarbo excellent
perfect fit, easy install.
Someone put a lot of time into the production of this mount, it’s perfect.
This is beautifully designed, and efficient. While stowed the flexibility of the mount protects it from small impacts and allows it to stay on site when engaged. It's simple and effective. Perfect match for the Keltech design.
After acquiring a couple of Sub 2000s and reading up on some upgrades I found this company (MCARBO) and some of their install videos on YouTube. I Ordered this mount along with the pro trigger kit and some other upgrades. I installed them all at once and plan to order the same kit for my other Sub. The Products fit and work perfectly. Install was easy with the help of their detailed videos and customer service has been exactly what you want when you call to order parts. Not to mention each part comes individually bagged and labeled. Top notch company to do business with.
Awesome, this product is better than a pocket T Shirt. Love it. Ordering and shipping was great. I’m so glad I found M -Carbo. Thanks
This is my second mount. I have used the only other available optics mount for the folding Sub. My problem with it was its height over the bore. Even at the close range of the 9mm, parallax results in significant POI differences. The Mcarbo mount is about 2.5” closer to the bore. It’s a rock solid mount that holds zero well. It does add significant width to the folded weapon but I can live with that in my carry backpack. Would recommend.
Installed easy as advised. Prolong use will show how stable and repeatable this platform is. So far I am hopeful and fully satisfied with the product.
It can't get any easier. Following the mcarbo video it is impossible to make a mistake. Anyone can do it.
I purchased almost all the upgrades for our 2 new Sub 2000's. Probably should have just ordered the upgraded guns with the parts installed direct from MCARBO. Due to a couple problems with local install, I had to order a few replacement parts and screws. I mad a call to MCARBO and they were shipped within a day or 2. A couple of exchanges and a couple things for free. NICE.
I was scrolling through Facebook And clicked on a keltec post. As I was looking through the post, I noticed that I'm looking at sub2000's with red dots on them. Knowing that you can't put a red Dot on and fold, I started digging in the post and came across Mcarbo. I ordered this optic mount that minute! Shipping was faster than what I thought. Very pleased with the mount and mcarbo!! Just ordered stuff for my PMR AND CMR! from one vet to another, thank you for your service and thank you for producing these parts!
Perfecto
Preordered. The mount is solid and returns to zero every time. Mine would not center with the barrel. Customer service asked me to send it back (postage paid) and shipped a replacement which centers and works perfectly. Apparently there is some variation in the keltec plastic forend parts. Very pleased with the mount and Mcarbo.
Objective elements: -Fast shipping -Great communication & easy-to-follow installation instructions -Fast and uncomplicated install -Great manufacturing quality -Good solution that's easy to use for optics Subjective statement: I know that R&D costs money and that this is a single-platform solution, and I'm sure it's not simple to machine. I 'feel' that the price point is considerably high. Yes, I made the investment, but it hurt. Again, purely subjective since I don't know the behind-the-scenes details. It's typical for a manufacturer to bring the price down after they've amortized R&D costs. But I am grateful that Mcarbo exists and continues to innovate. Maybe more of a statement of my resources than anything.
