Super high quality, solid build and materials. Instalation was a breeze. Best solution for Keltek Sub 2000 optics mount. The flip fold and click always returned to the same position time after time. I just love it...thanks MCarbo
Love that it allows me to fold the gun with a red dot attached, only issue its the sideways profile it now gives. My wife needs s riser on her site and it makes this stick out too far too practically store in a backpack anymore. If it folded a second time it would be able to flatten out with the mount under the gun letting it keep it's small profile.
From the time I saw the MCARBO mount for the Kel-Tec SUB-2000 on line, I was very impressed. Especially since it's made here in the USA. Mounting instructions on line were easily understood and I got my mount on quickly. It is rock solid on my weapon. I'm just waiting now on my red dot sight to come in so it can get mounted and I can go out and shoot it. Thanks MCARBO for a fine product.
Well thought out optic mount! Extremely durable. Quick acting and most importantly allows you to keep the folding function of your sub 2k while keeping it “battle ready” These guys really are the best of the best! I have a feeling that in the near future that “M*CARBO” will be a household name that everyone knows about, when it comes to popular firearms upgrades. It is evident how much they care about quality! Not just in they’re great customer service, but every package I received (even the packaging itself) proudly has a USA AMERICAN MADE label attached to it. So glad I’ve found these guys to help turn my sub2k into a real combat weapon! I NEVER, EVER feel compelled to write reviews for companies because I feel corporations already make enough off me but these combat vets at MCARBO work their asses off to keep customers happy and to put out the best quality products they can. I will be checking the site and emails for future firearm accessories!
This optic mount is awesome! I would definitely recommend it for your Sub2000. I put a sig sauer Romeo 5 red dot 🔴 on it. Easy to install. My new favorite gun. LOL.
I ordered one of these and live it so much, that I ordered 3 more. I was a little skeptical that it wouldn’t hold zero but after number uses on my 9mm and .40 Sub2K, every mount holds zero perfectly. I have zero complaints. If you’re thinking about ordering this mount - do it, you won’t be disappointed!
This attachment held a zero after I beat the crap out of it. My optic would break before this thing did.

I just installed the folding sight the optic mount the shell deflector the buffer tube cover and the integrated charging handle pin and the double finger charging handle and it's not even the same pistol anymore It's starting to feel like a work of art. Next will be the 6 or 7 internal upgrades I also got for it.
Ordered this optic mount as it appeared to be the best solution for the folding sub 2000. The mount arrived in a matter of days and was exactly as described. Easy installation. I’m just waiting for my new optic to arrive to take it to the range. I would definitely recommend this production.
This replaced two other mounts did not work like this.
I just finished installing the mount, and although it wasn't that easy for me as it looked in the YouTube video. I'm not good at things like that which is why I still have it five stars. It feels solid as a rock, no wiggle room. Its time to hit the range to zero in the red dot.
It works like it's supposed to, though more than I care to spend on an optic mount for such a cheap firearm. Not sure if it's the mount or the firearm itself, but not terribly accurate past 25 yards.
I waited months to purchase the KEL-TEC SUB-2000 Optic Mount because of the cost. I tried a variety of other cheaper optic mounts for my SUB-2000 but nothing felt right. As soon as I finished installing the mount and my red dot optic it was a world of difference. Don't waist your time and money on other mounts this is the only way to go!
