When I say that this thing is well put together I mean it. My first concerns were the hinge that thing is solid as can be. The padded buffer close and muffles down the snap back of those spring-assisted hinge. Though the price point may seem a little bit steep when you're depending on accuracy for a confirmed hit money is not necessarily the first concern. I wouldn't go with anything but this mcarbo really made a showing with this one.
I purchased this completely assuming (my fault, i know) that it would accomodate all red dots appropriate for a carbine/rifle style firearm. The 2 spare red dots i have did NOT fit at all; so since I can't return this mount - i'm stuck with buying another red dot. kinda sucks but wish it were advertised to match what it does fit or something to prevent another person from buying into this as a one-size-fits all.
The M*CARBO Sub 2000 Optic Mount is quality all around. Sturdy metal mount that maintains the zero of your optic mount as it flips out of the way of the carbines receiver section for compact folding. Thank you M*CARBO for your attention to detail in your aftermarket options. I will be back for some of the other upgrades!

Quality of this product is excellent. Easy to flip on and off and holds zero well. Watched reviews regarding competitors sight adapters and this one is the best.
WORTH THE WAIT! Fist size group at 25 yards! Consistent hits on 8" at 50 yards. The ability to send 180 grain ammo accurately at this range makes the Kel-Tec Sub 2k .40 cal an awesome tool that is fun to shoot.
Loved the fit of the mount how ever it raised my red dpt up so that my open sights would no longer could be used in conjunction with the red dot. Since my red dot has a quick release it works best attached flat to the top rail of the rifle which allows me to sight with the red dot on or off thanks.
Still have not received this product so hard to review so I’ll review the customer service I’ve dealt with. Ordered a right handed shooter optic mount and received a left shooter. After multiple emails and calls I finally was able to get a response and it was not an apology but a simple send it back and we’ll send you a new one. Apparently, they had to wait for my incorrect one before sending a replacement. I expected a little more priority as this was not my fault but nope just regular shipping with no apology. Maybe a discount or something for the inconvenience??
Real quality piece of equipment for this gun... It is easy to install... You can really bang this thing around and it still holds the site... Opens and closes smooth as can be.. Very impressed
Comes with several risers to adjust to your eye height. Easy to install. I wanted to keep the ability to fold my Keltec in half, so this was mandatory. Excellent metal materials. Easy pop up/pop down. Worth the price.

Great upgrade. As I’m getting older, I find that a red dot helps me with speed and accuracy. This mount has provide a very sturdy platform to mount and quickly deploy your red dot (not wiggle). It also allows a quick method to get it out of your way shot the red dot fail. For folks looking to store this in your backpack, this will make your sub2000 a little wider in the area of the mount. For me, it’s well worth it. I followed the install video. Great instruction. Easy to follow/install.

Ordered this on 1/6/21 and yes it was back ordered. However the order was filled pretty quickly as I received it on 1/19. It’s everything as advertised. I mounted a Romeo 5 on it and it works perfectly. Great product at a great price. Thanks.
it really keeps zero. I tested it by firing 3 rounds then folded it up and then fired 3 more. Did this 10x at 8 & 25 yards. very impressed with the feel and workmanship.
