Very easy to install took about 1 minute it lightens up the trigger just as described would highly recommend thanks MCARBO
I can honestly say that m-carbo runs a tight whip. The spring took up the creep and did what they said it would do. I do not have the tool to measure poundage but it is noticeably better. Very easy to put in as mcarbo has a video to watch. They even emailed me to make sure I had received and if I had any problems. Very Satisfied now time to kill some Gobblers!
This was super easy to install, took maybe 5 minutes. I am totally pleased with the difference. The old trigger would break at 5 + pounds, new one breaks at 3.5 to 4 pounds. Highly recommend this upgrade and this company, excellent customer service.
This was an easy install, but the trigger pull was about the same as factory spring 3 to 3.5 pounds
Upgraded my trigger on my 870 turkey gun. Took the trigger from ok to just right. My slug gun is also an 870 and we are going to see what happens on that one too. Install is super easy, took all of 30 seconds! Great upgrade!
I received my order and installed the spring. It was surprisingly easy to install and worked as advertised. I couldn't be happier. The trigger pull is smooth and breaks at 3 lbs. With the shotgun unloaded and the safety off I dropped the gun stock first as far as I felt comfortable with (about 4 feet) and the hammer did not fall. A safe 3 pound trigger for $8.95 I could not be happier. Great product! Worth ten times the price. Thanks again, Fred
I bought the Remington 870 trigger spring and with your helpful video on how to install it, it was a breeze. It brought the trigger pull from 4 1/2 to 3 lbs. Thanks for having great springs and that are made in the U.S.A. That means a lot to me. It's always good to help a service man. I have all ready bought again. Thank you
Installed two of these in both my 870s, a Super Magnum and an 870 Express. Reduced the Super Magnum from 4 to 3.5lbs, and the Express from 5 lbs to 3.5lb. Very nice!
I ordered six of the springs for the 870, 1100, and sportsman 48, trigger pull was reduced substantially in all!!....I then pulled out my 1964 remington 22 speedmaster,....works great in it as well. It took less than two hours to do all six. I have already told several hunting buddies about MCARBO. and will spread the word at the range on my next trip. HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!! and Thanks MCARBO MIKE
Great spring! Fastest shipping ever! Airborne!
I have a highy modified Remington 870 and I was looking at ways to make it even better trigger wise. It has the stock trigger. I felt for self defense and shooting clays, that a lighter trigger would be better for me. I happened to find this as well as a Timney Trigger kit for this gun. Comparing the two immediately i noticed the price difference, where my money was going and also the quality and extremely easy installation for a better trigger feel. Im very happy I found this product and even get compliments on how the trigger feels in comparison to the stock one. Highly recommend this kit! Cant go wrong with MCARBO!
I installed this spring over the weekend. It was super easy especially with the video from MCARBO. Trigger pull is instantly improved. Cant wait to go out into the field and see how it feels.
The sear spring arrived about a half hour ago, and I just finished installing it in a Remington 572 BDl. The trigger pull with the original spring was between 5.5 & 6 lbs, after installing the new spring I'm getting between 3 & 3 1/4 lbs on the trigger scale. Great feeling trigger now. Will be installing this spring in 3 Remington 870 turkey guns we have. Another great & easy fix, thanks Chris.
I recently ordered several 870 springs and a couple of other items, all of which delivered very timely. I received an email from Mcarbo inquiring if I had received the items I had ordered. My response was 'Yes, I did receive the parts that I ordered. Many Thanks for the follow up. It's a pleasure to deal with someone who really cares about their customers'. Thanks again.
Put one spring in an 11-87 and another in an 870. Both started with around a 6lb trigger pull and it knock both down to just a little over 5lbs. Not bad for a shotgun. Installation couldn’t be easier
I purchased 5 springs for my 5 Remington shotguns and rifle. Instructions were simple to replace factory trigger spring but the results were less than expected. I returned 2 unopened springs since not happy with the springs. Don’t care for the refund and restocking fees. I would not recommend.
