Spring is the a great way to improve performance at an unbeatable price. Less creep and breaks much lighter than the factory spring. I bought one for my brother and each of my 870’s. Ready for turks!
I ordered and quickly received the spring kit. I am familiar with the removal of the trigger assembly on these types of shotguns as I have owned many over the past several decades. The installation of the sear spring was simple and easy. The reduced weight of trigger pull was easily recognized and I am looking forward to using the improved shotgun in the near future. I will be buying more of these springs, as I have two more shotguns to improve the trigger on.
Trigger pull weight is at a nice 3 lbs. 5 oz. now on my 870 Marine Magnum.
Put these on both my Rem 870's. Easy install, and trigger is really sweet now.

I installed this spring and the trigger pull went from 5#to 5#. I clipped a coil off the spring (DANGEROUS, I know), and the trigger pull dropped to 3-3.5#.
Best upgrade I've done to my 870 for the amount of money I was out of pocket for it. Really well priced and I can feel a very noticeable difference in the weight of the trigger pull. Great price and Great results. Will recommend this one.
For the price, I really had nothing to lose, it was worth every penny plus some! If you have a 742, 7400, or 7600 and are still running the factory trigger spring, you would be wise to swap it out with one of these. You wont regret it I promise!

I was very satisfied with the spring. Shipping was quick. Installation was a snap. My trigger pull weight went from 8 pounds to 4. This resulted in a shrinkage of my groups by 20 percent.
