I just finished the Polish and install of this kit and while not delivering as much reduction in double action as I had hoped for it did smooth out the action to the point it feels lighter and the crisp break makes it worth the install the singile action was a much better result the figures follow as measured with a Lyman digital trigger pull gauge using a 5 pull average. Before the install the DA was 7 lbs. 9.4 ozs. and the SA was 3 lbs. 10.7 ozs. After polish and install DA is 5 lbs. .05 ozs. and SA is 2 lbs.5.7 ozs. Admittedly, I was a little torn on what to do about the poor trigger in my P-09. I thought about sending it off to Cajun, but just couldn’t justify the price. I was a little skeptical about the M-carbo kit, but decided what the heck. Well, after working slowly and following the installation instructions very closely, I couldn’t be happier. The double and single actions are greatly improved. Take the time to polish the internals as suggested (and demonstrated) in the video. I spent a good three hours on the whole process. It was time well spent. While the pistol was a great shooter to begin with, it is just easier and faster shooting now. I included my first target from my range session today. My CZ was singing. Thanks M-carbo for a great product!
I just finished the installation of the kit and was Truely amazed with the results. I did the polishing and install as per the video and everything went smooth and easy, took a little over an hr. including the polishing, The results were as measured with the Lyman Digital trigger pull gauge. Before the install the 5 pull average in double action 8 lbs. 11.4 ounces. The Single action was 4 lbs. 3.4 ounces. After the install the Single action average came down to 4 lbs. 1.4 ounces, and the Single Action average came in at 1 lb. 4.7 ounces. and smooth as glass with a crystal break. This kit converts a nasty trigger to a competition trigger although the reset is not as short as I would like it is a remarkable transition. Thanks again M*Carbo for a supreme product.
Awesome! Took double action from 8.4 lbs to 6.1 lbs and single action from 4.3 lbs to 3.0 lbs. I polished everything inside and it is butter smooth. Good job Macaroni👍👍👍

Installing, polishing was not difficult at all, specially with M Carbo video on how to install the kit. I personally love the gun but disliked the heavy trigger, after installing kit I really love my P07 smooth light trigger ! Just as good or better than $250 competitors kits !!! MCARBO🤙
I cant knock it, for the price is great. I was expecting a slightly less DA pull, but it dropped it slightly and the polishing I did, did smooth it up. Before results: DA 9lb 5oz SA 3lb 5oz After DA 7lb 1oz SA 2lb 12oz It didnt reduce my pull weights much, but comparing to my stock p07, my mcarbo p09 is a tad lighter but much smoother.
It works well. Double action squeeze is much lighter, and nice decrease in single action pull as well. Install was not as easy as others, only because the gun design is more complex than most I have done. Watched the install tape several times before I tore into it. Yes, it is worth the cost and time. Makes a very good gun better.

Compliments to the team for the install video, made install and cleaning very easy to follow. Smoothness of the trigger pull is as advertised and MUCH lighter than stock(definetly worth the price which isn’t bad already). I want to put emphasis on the amount of polishing you choose to do on the parts makes a big difference in how smooth it comes out, put in a good amount of time and detail on each part for best results. Make sure to do the polishing in an area you dont mind getting dirty, I fucked up and did it at my pc desk with a dried out compound and it made a bit of a mess with throwing compound and cotton fibers everywhere (took ~30mins to clean everything). Thanks MCarbo team and I’ll definetly be coming back for more parts.
Great spring kit. Super easy to install in the P07. The video is step by step and makes it so easy! I’ll be ordering another for my P09 pretty soon!
Install this on my p09. What an amazing difference especially in DA. Hair pull in SA. Nice and crisp. I will run this gun in my IDPA match. Will let you know how I did. Carry On!!!
