Love it - Added CGW Extended Firing Pin to bring back reliability

I had a light primer strike on the first range trip after installing the kit so I swapped out my firing pin with the extended one from CGW and have not had a light primer strike since. Once that is done, this is G2G and is used as my EDC. I did not add use the sear spring in order to not tamper with the sear or sear cage for legal defensive use purposes.

Love it!!!

Received my MCARBO Trigger spring kit and I absolutely love it. Chris does a phenomenal job on the installation video. Took me a little longer for install but I got it done!!! Chris is absolutely right of the satisfaction you feel once you do the job yourself. This is my second Trigger kit I’ve purchased from MCARBO (1st kit was for my S&W M&P Shield 9mm Performance Center). Trigger kit is awesome and a fraction of the cost of CGW or CZ Custom. Trigger pull is <7lbs DA and <2lbs SA. MCARBO will definitely receive my business on future pistols.

Massive improvment over OEM

Soooooo, I have always hated rebuilding carburetors and everything else with small parts and springs. I bought the CZ75 trigger kit and figured I'll figure out how to install. The install video helped immensely. It took some tweeking but goter done:)

The trigger pull weights: OEM; DA-10lbs, SA 4.25lbs. After install; DA-4.25lbs, SA 1.5lbs.

I'm a happy customer so far. Testing is this weekend.

Maybe not for Omega

I followed the video, but found there were parts that did not match the innards of my CZ75B Omega (trigger and sear). Folks on phone line were helpful and friendly, but when I put all the springs in (except the sear spring, which cannot be replaced on the Omega) the double action felt more or less the same. The single action was scary light, but really mushy! I ended up putting back the original springs (except the hammer spring; not going through that again!). This is a good product and clearly many people have been exceptionally pleased with it, but maybe it's not needed for the Omega, which is pretty slick from the factory.

Missing firing pin spring

Ordered a second kit to install into my other czpo1 . Installed everything except the firing pin spring because it was missing in the kit. Contacted customer service and they wanted a picture of the kit that was already installed? I am not removing all the pieces just to prove I didn’t receive a $5 spring. So I ordered a $5 spring from Cajun gun works to complete the assembly. Glad this was my back up czpo1 since I carry every day. First kit was excellent, second kit was not as flawless, but once completed I have faith it will work well.

much better

Installed this in my CZ 75B, very easy with the videos. I also did some polishing so I can't quantify the results, but it certainly lightens everything up. Zero malfunctions to date.

Add the trigger pin!! The best 12 bucks you'll ever spend. Don't ruin your frame trying to drive that beat up old roll pin back in.

Much improved ...

Springs made a world of difference . I don't have a gauge for trigger, but it is smooth and much lighter on both single and double action .

I would STRONGLY recommend watching the video BEFORE you start (especially when you get to the sear spring replacement ) I did not watch first and ended up exploding my sear cage . With help from other videos I was able to reconstruct the cage but DON'T DO THAT !

The video was a bit vague on at least one point . 1 ; There was a small washer on the decocker that I was not aware of how to remove and your video didn't even mention that particular type of set up . My P01 has a single sided decocker and it is a bit different in set up and take down . I needed to watch other vids to see how to remove the washer to pull out decocker lever . ( it was ridiculously simple ) It should be at least mentioned in the vid .

All in all it was fairly simple (except for the cage) Sear was tricky .

Nice kit, decent instruction ... M Carbo does it again !!

Haven't fired it yet , but bench tests great !

Must have

This kit was a fantastic way to make a cz po1 to shoot even better. I used the slave pin and everything went well. The sear cage came out with no problem at all. I then decided to take the cage all apart to have the capability and know how of doing this. I now understand ever part of the po1 and I feel like a master gunsmith. Make sure you have patience and a lot of time to do this on your first go. Watch the YouTube videos and be ready to look for a few springs that may go flying. But the success at the end is well worth it and the weigh of the actions will be cut in half.i would also recommend the floating trigger pin, it is a fantastic upgrade for the cz po1.

My old CZ75B

I have owned my CZ75B for more than 25 years, and it was used when i bought it at a gun show. After first addressing a few issues it had, I have enjoyed owning and shooting it all those years.

Yesterday, I spent several hours replacing all of the trigger springs. Due to my total lack of experience as a gunsmith, it took much longer than I expected. The results were amazing, resulting in a much lighter and smoother trigger pull. My old CZ has a new and bright life. Thank you

Nice Improvement to the 75D PCR

I just purchased a new carry gun, CZ 75D PCR, but the trigger pull weight was 12# DA and 5# SA. I'm older with arthritic hands and needed a lighter trigger pull. I ordered the trigger spring kit for the decocker model and the floating trigger pin which ended up the perfect modifications for this gun. I don't like too light a trigger on my carry guns and this kit was perfect giving me now a DA of 8.5# and a SA of 3.5#. The video installation instructions given by Chris was outstanding. The printable instruction with pictures was also quite nice. You should have no problem installing this modification if you are somewhat familiar with your pistols workings, have a lot of patience, and a full day you can take your time without any interruptions. Don't get frustrated. If you do, just walk away for awhile, have a pepsi, and relax. You will be able to make a nice improvement to your pistol. The instructions will show you how to remove the decocking lever on those models that have both the right and left side levers. The PCR only has the lever on the left side, not shown in the video, making the removal much simpler. Just lift the long leg of the sear spring, which captures the decocking lever, and pull the decocking lever straight out. Before pushing out the sear pin on the PCR there is a small round retaining washer that has to be removed. This is on the left side end of the pin. Once this is removes you will be able to push the sear pin out.

I would recommend M*Carbo for all your parts and modifications as I will be doing. Their customer service, easy ordering, parts quality, and fast shipping was excellent.
