Nothing at all to complain about. Video was easy to follow step by step, took me about 2 1/2 hours as I was doing it slow and careful. Love the fact that the nasty gritty feel in my trigger has completely disappeared now. Trigger pull and reset is crisp and clean now. Highly recommened to anyone thinking about it.
I have a M&P 2.0 in .45 MA compilant ( 10lbs+ trigger pull) With the spring kit it went down to 5.5 lbs trigger pull which is way better. For the price its amazone results Thanks
I did my improvement in stages to see what actual impact the kit has. As a base, the starting trigger pull on my Shield was a horrific 7.5lbs. I did a full polish before I got the kit and it dropped to 6lbs and was very smooth. After the kit, the final trigger pull is 4.5lbs and still smooth. Getting down to the 2-3lb range, like in the excellent video is, in my opinion, not realistic nor would it be a light trigger I'd want - too light. I have not had a chance to fire the gun to ensure reliability, but I suspect it will be fine. Despite the springs, I believe the real key to this kit's success is the polishing. Specifically, concentrate on the trigger bar sear ramp, the trigger bar firing pin safety ramp, the firing pin (where it engages the sear), the firing pin safety plunger, and the sear. Any rough edges contribute to a gritty feel so it's well worth the time and effort to eliminate these and smooth them out. I am quite satisfied with the results, but I believe it can get better. However, it's beyond the kit's ability or intent. The tiny, remaining grittiness feel comes from two areas, the firing pin block and the sear spring, but you can't do anything about those. Both are a result of friction that could only be alleviated by polishing the inside of the slide (pin safety plunger hole) and a better sear spring pin that doesn't flop around inside the guide. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend this kit, it is night and day with what the trigger was like before. My one con is the included sand paper - way too small.
Got a real good deal on a 10lb trigger MA compliant shield and this spring kit made it awesome. Couldn't remove the rear sight so that spring is still the stock one.

End result was a lighter trigger pull but still somewhat gritty, however I did not do all of the polishing that was recommended so that is likely the cause of the grit. I may do the polishing in the future too. This sure beats spending over half the price of the gun on a full on trigger kit however.
Lot's of intricate sanding and polishing but well worth the time! Night and day difference in the trigger from stock function that's for sure keep up the great work you guy's are doing!!

I installed spring kit a while ago. Had a chance to go to the range yesterday. Wow what a change great reset and trigger pull. Was easy to install all but removal of the rear sight. Thanks for the great upgrade. Now I need to get one for my 9mm Shield.
