I did a series of rapids fires with out malfunctions with the Stainless Steel Feed Ramp.
This is a very nicely made part but fitment in my very early model gen 1 was a bit of an issue. I tried installing this and other M-carbo parts in my 9mm sub 2000 about half a dozen times without being able to get the firing system to function (trigger transfer bar would not engage the sear). I finally measured the length of my original hammer bushing and pin which was 1.123 inches in length, the new bushing measured 1.154 inches. Taking the new bushing down to the OEM part length solved the problem. While it was good experience assembling and disassembling the gun over two days in the end it was just a major pain in the ass. Measure twice, assemble once as the saying goes.
I have more to install, but it is a good investment the bushing that comes with rifle is sadly lacking,after a number of rounds that plastic bushing will fail.
I t is important up grade, the one that came with the rifle is plastic.
It was the only piece left that hadn't been changed out. Now....all new guts inside. Everything good to go. Very pleased with all the upgrades from M*CARBO.
As the title says this hammer bushing is all steel. My plastic bushing looked like crap and I had never even fired it yet. A no brainer. Steel is much much better material for this part .
Can't touch dis. A must for any Kel Tec. Love my K/T s but lots of polymers inside do not hold up. IE, feed ramps a must change . And this bad boy is a must for performance over time. God bless you MCARBO. Without your product lines all K/T poly guns would end up as someones deck floor. Thanks and keep on it. Terry

Very tight fit in hammer pin hole. Not just a slip in part as in video. Had to use punch to get it into hammer hole. Then had to tap into place so that action bar would engage sear. Not an easy install.
This was the second time I've taken my Keltect S2k completely apart. I do a lot of gun smithing type work and this one's not fun and I don't look forward to the third time, but it's doable and Chris does a fine job of leading you through it. My first go this part didn't yet exist, but I should have installed the feed ramp the first time. On reopening my S2K my OEM hammer bushing was definitely getting chewed. This one is much better quality. Polished it and the other parts well and installed.
Having a sub 2000 gen 2 theres no way I could own one and not do atleast 3 of the upgrades on here. So far I've got this,the carbon steel inserts and the dual finger charging handle and the stainless feed ramp is another must.
I have ordered 2, have not installed them, waiting till I send a few thousand rounds down range on the plastic ones. Fast delivery and excellent service.
