Great looking more precise than original.
Marked improvement in function.
Well designed product. I think it makes a difference with the Ruger with rapid fire. I have notice the difference. I am also impressed that the company has taken the time to provide, simple, informative videos.

Just as in the photos, this extractor is much better machined than the original. It operates with flawless precision every time.

The gun was running flawlessly for several hundred rounds and then suddenly I was getting stovepipes every 5-10 rounds. I went with MCARBO's upgraded Exact Edge Extractor and the pins after reading about them on some PC9 user forums. Gun is back to running flawlessly again. It was much quicker than sending it back to RUGER. I got my parts in under a week and replaced them myself in 10 minutes. Thank you MCARBO for the great videos.
The quality of the laser cut part over a stamped one is easy to see. The install was straight forward and will make my rifle more reliable which increases the fun factor. I have installed all nine M Carbo upgrades on my rifle and am well pleased with all of them.

I love this extractor! Works great . I went from multiple jams per magazine to zero jams. I now enjoy shooting my PC carbine.

This is a must have if you have a PC carbine. The factory one just can't keep up after a couple hundred rounds.
Vast improvement over stock. Installing this and polishing the area it rides in completely solved my jamming issues. If you're having extraction issues I can't recommend this enough.
I replaced the OEM extractor with the MCarbo extractor purely for just in case scenarios, many fire thousands of rounds and never have a problem with case extraction in their PC9 so if your using the PC9 for plinking and fun and have a extractor issue Ruger will stand behind their product and send you a new extractor. If you plan to use the PC9 as a possible BOB type firearm or for home defense there is piece of mind that you have a better edge on the MCarbo extractor over the OEM part and you are prepared having less chance of an extractor issue. But the short barrel 12g is the best home defense firearm and a .223/5.56 carbine is infinitely better than a 9mm carbine in every way for perimeter defense and survival so I'm keeping the now improved PC9 for plinking and a secondary breakdown pack/truck firearm. I gave the MCarbo extractor a 4 because of the very high price ( over $35 c shipping, damn Ruger for having cheap parts ) but it is well made and has a decidedly better extraction edge over the OEM part. I had to fast forward on the install video to get past the sales pitches it would have been nice to have just had an install instructional.
