After about a 1000 rounds I was having issues with somer ammo cycling. Getting stove pipes. I changed the extractor the spring and the new buffer. the extractor works perfectly. You can also feel the difference in the action when cycling and firing I highly recommend these upgrades.

Nice part, mixed results, final result is good so far, read below.

New Ruger PC Carbine having occasional stovepipes.

Using Ruger factory magazine and two Promag 17 rd SR9 magazines filled with 15 rds (figured native mags was the safe way).

147 grain, Freedom RN New ammunition

Obsidian 9 suppressor with the fixed barrel spacer.

Was getting occasional stove pipes, didn't count them, but not every magazine.

Better not to have any, saw the MCarbo ejector fix.

Installed new MCarbo ejector, pins, and buffer.

Clean, lightly oiled parts and receiver.

Stovepipe on first mag, second and third, about one stovepipe every 15 rd magazine, which is more than I had with the factory ejector.

Disappointed.

Installed the Glock mag insert, using some older 17 rd Glock mags from ETS and Magpul.

Got one feed failure.

Dissembled and cleaned the mags, put some WD40 on the spring and sprayed the inside and follower (dirty) with some silicone, wiped out.

No more feed failures or stove pipes for a couple hundred rounds.

So it is working now, that's a good sign.

Nice Upgrade, Easy Install

New to me Ruger PC Carbine 9mm. See my reviews of Muzzle brake and flat trigger also. EE Extractor installed as easy as watching the videos. Taking my weapon down/up before parts arrival gave me the confidence to install all nine of the parts with ease. Parts are quality, fit properly, and function as advertised. Videos are easy to understand and complete in content for each part I purchased.

This one part saved this gun for me. I ran through 200 rds with a stove pipe approximately every 20-30 rds. Contemplated selling the PC9, but after installing this part during cleaning it completely changed the guns performance. It's now a keeper.

My bolt used to catch 3-4 shell casings per magazine with the factory extractor. I purchased the MCARBO extractor and pin set ( bolt face and extractor). I shot 400 rounds of various 115gr, 124gr, and 147gr ammo with zero problems. So glad it’s fixed!

Bought the MCarbo extractor because my Ruger PC was stovepiping regularly. Drop-in replacement is a breeze to install and cured the problem. The carbine now runs flawlessly.

My PC 9 started stove piping rounds right out of the box on the first day on the range. Replaced with this extractor upgrade which was very simple to do with the video instructions provided by M*Cabro and after 150 round tests at the range, had no stove pipes! Looked at the extractor edge under a loop and saw the big quality difference in the sharpness of the edge that hooks on to the casing edge compared to the rounded edge on the stock. Very satisfied

The first one chipped at the claw after about 100 rounds and I started having random failures to extract. Mcarbo was quick to respond after about 36 hours and quickly sent me a new one in the mail. If this one breaks I’ll either try the competitor or just switch back to the oem.

Outstanding

Just replaced the OEM extractor and bolt head pins with the MCARBO Exact Edge Extractor and A2 Tool Steel bolt head pins in my Ruger PC9. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Their videos are excellent and made the swap simple and quick.
