The kit decreased the pull to exactly where I wanted it. The installation video was a big help in getting the action smoother by polishing some of the parts. Great product, great price, and it shipped quickly.

This is the first firearm I’ve ever decided to work on myself. I would not have been able to complete this without the great instructional video. Kit provides a greatly improved feel on the trigger. A must for this firearm.
1st: GREAT KIT! 2nd: Watched untall video 4 time before I started. In the last step the install to was a good ideal but not executed perfectly. It could be better if it were stickier or bigger. Any tilt and it slides out of place. After a few hours of trying to thread 6 holes, including the final spring, it was time to try something else. #3 MY HACK: Using a stripped garage tie wire I looped the spring to hold it in place during the final pin threading, without the tool.( I tried the wire thing with and without the too. A third hand, my daughter for me, or vice might be need to hold the gun for this hack.
Shipping was fast, product was easy to install and the improvement of the trigger pull was well worth the $20. Highly recommended this item. Cant beat it for the price and the improvement you get out of the trigger pull.
Item arrived as described. Followed MCARBO’s installation video, step by step, and had the new trigger spring kit installed in short-time. Very pleased with the improved trigger pull and feel. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. MCARBO LEADS THE WAY!
Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the spring swapping. The trigger spring gave me trouble and now I need to find a gunsmith to take the slide off and install the spring. The other two springs installed very easily. The issue was my fault able the product. I do wish the little plastic assist tool fit a little tighter when installing the trigger spring. All in all I would say MCARBO has great customer service.
Quick shipping and a great quality part. Install videos make it a breeze to put this kit in. Made the trigger pull night and day difference! Actually it was such a difference I accidentally put a hole in my dining room wall right after installing this kit. 10/10 would recommend!
I just installed this kit to my SD 40 and it's a night and day difference, I am glad I bought this kit.
The S&W SD9VE comes with a very heavy trigger and this spring kit is great for taking care of that problem! It took my trigger from 7.5lb to 4lb and works smoothly and installing it is easy with the punch kit and the brass/nylon hammer it took about 15 minutes and made a world of difference! I highly recommend this for those who want to upgrade their sd9.

Easy to install. If you clean your weapon properly you can install these springs. I installed with a flat faced trigger from Galloway. I had to fit the trigger but after the SDVE is a totally different sidearm.
Ordered this product a week ago. Got here faster than expected and was very easy to install. The M*CARBO instructional video was extremely helpful and made the install very easy. The small piece of plastic for the trigger spring definitely made the install less of a headache than it otherwise would have been.
This my first time work in the gun, bought this spring kit and check the YouTube video for the procedure to replace the spring kits, it’s very straight forward and easy to follow. With proper tool is very important to make job easy to complete. After replaced the spring kit, went to shooting range and accuracy improved and easy to trigger and shot. Highly recommended and you won’t regret!
