Made a noticeable difference in my 25 year old gun. Great video instructions. My trigger felt a little squishy after install. Thats why I give it 4 stars. I am being picky I know because I have paid hundreds for drop in triggers. 25 dollars for a 2 -3 pound drop is a deal. Thank you veterans for your service.
This was a really nice trigger spring kit and easy to install; and that's only because you produce easy to understand and detailed install videos, which no body I know does that. That says a lot about how much you appreciate your customers. I have ordered five times from MCARBO and they ship out quickly. I received my product in a timely manner, Installing was a bit tricky at first but thanks to the detailed videos provided on the website, I was able to get through the installation with some ease and it works fantastic. The trigger pull is noticeably lighter and more crisp on my Maverick 88. I highly recommend this product.
Bought this for my 88 and it came in quickly. To be honest i think it was on the way before i even got a confirmation email, thats how fast it was moving. Installation was easy enough and i. Imagine anyone with some sense can pull it off. Made for a very nice pull and reset. Cant wait to put some more shells through with it! Thanks MCARBO!
Installed this kit in my Mossberg 500 .410 in hopes it would fix my light primer strike issue and it's working flawlessly for the first time in over 10 years. Great American made product and even better that it's by veterans. Thanks a lot brothers, keep up the great work.
Very easy to install, the video was very helpful and straightforward. There is a noticeable difference in trigger pull with the kit installed. Well worth the money, really inexpensive. I would definitely recommend it.
'The bigger spring was easy to install but the small trigger one was tough. I ended up damaging it and had to reuse the stock spring. The video on YouTube might be using an older model trigger group. It took me a while to figure the disconnector sear pin connection. I had to use another YouTube vvideo to understand that.' Following the above initial feedback they sent me a trigger spring for free. Unfortunately it's opening day tomorrow and I don't feel like messing with this anymore. With just the big spring in I feel a difference with the trigger. Looking forward to installing it properly once the season ends. By far the best part of dealing with mcarbo is the customer service. Springs are great! My trigger pull is half what it used to be. Customer service has been amazing, the support did not stop after they received my money either. I have received multiple emails asking if I got what I ordered and if I need any assistance. My only complaint is they don't have more stuff for me to buy. Buy from this team and I promise you will not be disappointed!
Springs arrived earlier than expected. Everything seems very high quality and has been working flawlessly since installation. Definite improvement in accuracy when shooting clays due to much smoother and lighter trigger pull. Totally satisfied with my purchase!
I received the Mossberg 500 trigger spring kit and installed it in about 25 minutes. About 10 of those was to find the trigger return spring after it went flying. LOL. I also adjusted the takeup on the trigger and it now rivals a rifle trigger in the way that it resets with VERY little creep. It now breaks consistently at about 4 1/2 lbs and has only a small amount of reset travel. For anyone wanting to have a great trigger, I would strongly suggest this kit. I wish I had watched the install video TWICE before the install and would have paid a bit more attention to the cautions on installing, instead of just once and trying to watch and install at the same time. The warnings come AFTER the specific install step being performed and for that reason parts can go flying. But , that was my shortcoming and not the video. So, to sum it all up: for about 25 bucks you can have a great trigger and do it all at home. Thanks MCARBO for a great product that ships fast , is inexpensive and is easy to installl. I put a trigger kit in both of my Maverick 88's. Both had a noticeable change, they started just under 8lbs. Down to just over 4.3lbs and the other right at 4lbs. It took about 10 min for the first install and about 6 minutes for the second. The M-Carbo video made it very easy to do.
Order spring kit and tool for my 835. Didn't have a trigger scale but seems to be much better. The service you get with this company is outstanding.
Really responsive to questions, very fast delivery and excellent product. The installation was straight forward and the installation video was a reall help very clear step by step procedures. This spring accomplished exactly what I was hoping for. Be sure to buy the separate installation tool. Will deal with MCARBO again!
