Fit easily, seems like a quality part! (Gonna test it soon) dont forget to order a stainless retainer for the recoil spring, pricey but a no brainer. USPS took forever, guess they are still.playing with ballots!

Not sure how to grade this item could have been my fault but my buffer came detached while firing and jammed up had a heck of a time getting it back so we will see next range day if it does it again as far as the rest of products 5 stars and also 5 star custermer service you all kill it thanks for all the input and viedos!
Great upgrade for all PC Carbines. Easy to install, fits great, works as advertised. Definitely I would recommend this product. Another nice little upgrade for this would be replace the plastic retention clip / C-clip with a steel one. Great job guys!
parts came really quick, and installation was very quick and easy, on the range at first I really couldn’t notice a difference then tried a friends that has a stock buffer, Noticed his felt a little more recoil than mine, but what I was really impressed with we shot a USPSA type match and I had a lot more Alphas than I usually do and my double taps were almost touching each other, am pretty impressed with this simple upgrade, will probably order a spare!
I installed this because Ruger decided to go “cheap” on all of us PCC owners. MCARBO’s is an exacting fit to the OEM one, however the material used by MCARBO is exceptionally noticeable to the eyes and touch. One doesn’t have to be a scientist to compare the two parts and notice that MCARBO’s shock buffer is superior in construction as well as function in the gun. It’s like installing a quality “off-road shock absorber” onto a monster truck with MCARBO’s model. It really is, night and day.
HI, I am a process Eng. in injection molded products to start. The quality of the gate trim and the flash around the outside of the over molded red part is really sub par. I would never send out parts from my plant that had flash and poor gate trim. There is also a deep sink on the face of the red part,again poor processing of the soft rubber ? I realize you are a big group I just thought I would point out the flaws . I am still going to install your parts into my firearm. I'm sure I could review the tooling and process to improve this part or any other ones that are in question. I have been doing this for over 40 years.
Great looking and well built. Shooting with this new buffer, feels a little better than the stock one. Simple to install. Working on getting all of the PC Carbine upgrades for this fun shooting gun. Well done Chris.
Ordered three buffers for my carbines. Install was easy and new buffer looked great. I had less felt recoil and could stay on target quick. Quality you expect from Mcarbo! Can’t wait to see what comes out next!
Great product coupled with competition ammo along with the MCarbo muzzle brake reduced the felt recoil significantly. Very easy to install if possible add a bit more rubber to the pad. I will also add the spring kit to maximize this combination.
I was amazed at how fast you got this prototype part to me. I installed the part the day after I received it. I also installed the heavy duty recoil spring at the same time. I am a retired military officer and retired Federal Agent. I am an accomplished marksman but not an experienced gunsmith. I used your installation video for the heavy duty recoil spring to install both parts. Except for a few missteps of my own making the install went great.All of your aftermarket parts are high quality. I can’t wait to get out to the range to test these parts out.
I can't speak on the felt recoil after installing this as I installed the muzzle brake too. But you can tell it's a quality built part compared to the stock one. Go ahead and get the retainer clip when you buy this.
Don’t know IF there is any worthwhile reason for isi g this replacement part yet….. one reason is …. I could’nt replace the spring because they quit making it😳 since it’s not that big of deal wondering if this part really matters….

Performing the Shock Buffer Recoil Reduction is added insurance against wear and tear of the receiver and bolt group. This part is well designed and engineered, while being easy to install.
After field-stripping my Ruger PCC and cleaning I could not get the trigger assembly to re-seat on top of the bolt assembly in the lower receiver. The problem per attached photo was the OEM buffer and retainer ring wear very easily and it doesn't help that you have to grab the buffer and yank on it to get the bolt out. So that wear pattern and distortion in the buffer was just enough to keep the whole bolt assembly from seating in the bolt carrier and preventing the trigger assembly from seating on top of that. Replaced with m*carbo buffer and steel retainer which are better engineered and everything went back together exactly as God intended. Prompt USPS delivery. Thanks guys.
