Springs are good quality and really a bit lighter, slight polishing also helped, so overall trigger pull is lighter and much smoother now, so it's truth. Installation was fairly easy after watching the detailed video multiple times :) Another thing to mention is a Synthetic Grease w/ PTFE - was very handy and I used it on all parts assembly and it did a good job. The only thing I regret I ordered just 1 and almost used it and the second one would be very helpful for future maintenance. Recommend!

Good kit, but…

This kit really helped make the trigger on my P365X better. I installed it with the MCarbo flat trigger and it turned the trigger into what it should have been from the factory. But, I did start experiencing light strikes. About 1 round in every mag would fail to fire. I had to go back to the stock striker spring to resolve the light strikes and that is why I am giving it only 3 stars.

I have since installed the new MCarbo titanium striker and spring and now the gun is an absolute dream to shoot.

Fast shipping. Springs seem like good quality. I don’t have a scale to measure the difference in trigger pull. It does seem to be reduced some from stock. Only shot a handful with them so far. 115 grain reloads. I had some malfunctions but that could be the primer set. 124 grain shot great. Used a different primer press for those. And my 150 grain SDA shot flawless. Not sure if the striker spring is too weak or if it was my error in loading ammo. Have to shoot more to give a better scope of the product. So far I would recommend

Does what it’s supposed to do. Noticeably lightened trigger. Installation video was incredibly helpful.

Parts came as expected. I followed along with the YouTube installation video (was my first time doing work on my gun like that, so it was a little challenging, but I made it through). Trigger pull is much more smooth and predictable. I’d recommend this product.

I installed in the P365XL. Install video was excellent! and the install went smooth. Trigger pull is what I want for a carry piece, not too light but I will go back and polish some.

Good product and great how-to

After watching the how-to video about 4 times I finally took the plunge and installed these springs onto my P365 SAS. Coupled with the machined flat trigger, the kit completely changed the character of my SAS in a positive direction. What was a metal-scraping slog from initiation to bang to reset has turned into a butter smooth pull, crisp release, and crisp reset. The videos made what could have been a pretty ornery ordeal into a quick morning project before I headed out to the range. 100 rounds later I rate this spring kit very highly.

Good Product Good Price

Could be better if they also came with a Trigger Reset Spring. For the same price you can get a 4 piece kit from Armory Craft. No noticeable differences between each kit. I kept the MCarbo kit in with my reset trigger from Armory Craft because of my experience with MCarbo in other firearms.

Good products with a good installation video library. Complete spring and "Short Stroke" trigger replacement.

Replaced all springs along with the stock trigger on my P365X Macro. This is my first handgun, along with a Canik TP9 SFX. I successfully changed out all parts with very little hassle, although I did disassemble the FCU back to step 1 after I ran into dificulty with the takedown lever. This was simply to take advantage of an opportunity to really nail down the inner workings of the unit more than any real problem. Glad I did. Anyway, the shank tool definitely made the process a LOT easier, and puts much less wear on the spring than needle nose pliers would have.

20 bucks worth of springs really did a good job.

The bad part is I trusted Chris’ video to be accurate to my 2021 365xl.

I watched the video carefully and right from the start it was obvi something had changed.

Do NOT try and pull the striker per his instructions. Look up new sig striker design.

Got past that and got the new striker spring on. Then, as I’m getting ready to put it back in, his video shows a striker reset spring. I look to make sure mine was still there, gone. Thought I lost it somehow.

No, sig deleted the spring. Chris needs to update the video. Those changes were in 2019.

Then there is the sear spring. Should have been easy, but the spring had a twist putting it in the sear pocket was impossible until I used pliers to straighten it out, then it dropped right in.

Their tech support did not help(phone and email) but the reply email confirmed the spring delete, after I found it on sig talk.

Still need to shoot it. Pretty good improvement over stock pull.

Chris should look into making a better plastic striker cup, mine took a beating on the tiny catch tab. Possibly offer a nylon tipped tool for removing and install.

This is a pic of the sear spring showing the defective twist.

Received and installed my P365 XL spring kit in my brand new 365 about two weeks ago along with an aftermarket trigger. Trigger pull feels substantially different than stock or with just the aftermarket trigger. I put 250 rounds through it, as I needed to break in the pistol anyway. Every single round fired perfectly.

I always worry about light primer strikes when changing springs. I tested with 100 rounds Winchester White Box, 100 rounds Norma Range and Training, and 50 rounds Sig V-Crown JHP. No light strikes, no failures of any kind. Trigger break is much smoother than stock, very reliable and positive reset, noticeable "wall". I'd estimate the trigger at 4-5 pounds, but that's an estimation.

Installation video was clear and thorough. Walks you through step by step.

Overall, excellent product. For $20 plus shipping, and an hour of your time, it's a fantastic upgrade.

What a difference! I installed the trigger spring kit in my P365 SAS following the video instructions. While there were some differences between the pistol in the video and my SAS, things went well. I'm pleased with the improved performance and accuracy, to say the least.

Good Trigger video needs a bit of an update for the XL

This trigger system works on the Sig 365 xl but its just a bit different in the receiver and updated on how to take the striker group out. That said the trigger is way better now. You will want a grease to do this the receiver spring is a pain even with grease.

Good upgrade

You get three springs. The large striker spring is in a separate baggie, which is labeled. If you bought the replacement titanium striker here, this spring is unnecessary, as MCarbo customer service told me it is already upgraded. The pistol is at my gunsmith’s now getting a bunch of MCarbo upgrades (the flat trigger upgrade looks too tricky for me). New striker, heavy duty recoil spring, and flat trigger/spring upgrades. Can’t wait for it to be done.

Good Upgrade at low cost

For the money spent, the results were excellent. The spring kit dropped my trigger pull to right at 3.5lbs and took away the “spongy” feel. It did clean up the gritty feel a bit, but not completely. That did improve after 50 rounds through the gun tho. Overall, great value for the money and easy to install by following the installation video.
