Had MCARBO do the installation for me. Work was done promptly and well. Took P365 to the range. Very happy with the feel of the "new" trigger. I would recommend this spring kit.
As a result of having a strong preference for lighter and smooth triggers, I recently purchased and installed this kit after review of video. Results were as advertised, testing with Wheeler gauge over 5 pull averages. Pre-work yielded an average of 5lbs 13oz followed by 4lbs 11oz upon completion. I did polish sear to further smooth action while apart. I would point out in the video, if installing into a P365 XL, to move the striker sleeve/housing toward the left to aid in slide disassembly. I did see a very brief video of this on You Tube if interested. I did field test and groups improved using my target practice reloaded 9’s. I recently added a Holoson 507K X2 optic prior to this spring replacement which required additional adjusting during testing. I would certainly recommend this kit if a fella is a trigger snob like myself, because it certainly improves pull and isn’t too light, which I believe one should be careful with a semi-auto piece. The attached photo depicts groups shot at 10yds using my reloads of 4.6g Bullseye with 115g Berry and Extreme copper plated bullets over a rest. Shot close to 50 rounds total with final adjustments made on top left black square. The other scattered rounds were from much greater distance playing around before adjustments without changing to a fresh target. M Carbo did a great job with video and has it right! I've put these in both my sas and XL they make a world of difference
Fast shipping great price bought two sets installed them on my P365 XL and SAS great quality parts and the results were amazing much smoother pull at least 40% reduction and better reset also noticed a much cleaner break would highly recommend these for anyone with a P365
Used this kit on my p365x that already had a decent carry trigger so i thought. Nice smooth 3-3/4 pull! Very easy to install with a little patience. Have this kit on my s&w shield plus. Also seen they make a sear spring for my tac-14 and will be purchasing it. Fast shipping. Veteran owned . Have nothing bad to say. Five+++++ stars. Please make a kit for my beretta apx?
Mcarbo hits another home run, the 365 pring kit makes the trigger clean and crisp, I highly recommend this kit for your Sig
I recently installed this trigger spring kit to my P365XL Romeo. Even for an novice gun owner, I was able to install this kit thanks to the amazing instruction and detail of the MCARBO installation video. It was professionally made and easy to follow. No need to pay for an expensive gun smith or armorer to accomplish this task.
The spring upgrades in this kit I used for my P365xl were simply fantastic. The only thing I didn’t like about my P365xl was the trigger. Now that is fixed I am extremely happy to use this gun as my go to for everyday carry. You guys are geniuses.
the spring kit was straight forward and easy. Took 15mins . Reduced the reset alot, and took away the spongy feel of the p365xl trigger for me. I'm running the armory craft flat face trigger also. Great combo.100% recomend this for the price. Do your self a favor and watch the video they made on the install. It helps a ton and easy to follow.
The video made the reasonably complicated installation a piece of cake. It definitely lightened up the factory trigger pull. I have had one fail to fire on a SIG365 hardball round. Time will tell if it was a fluke or an issue with the lighter striker spring. Overall. Happy with the reduced pull. I don't have a trigger gauge, so I don't know what the precise pull is now.
Recently purchased and installed in my personal P365XL. I had already polished some internal parts and consistentMy got a 5.5lb. Trigger break. After the Spring kit install I got a consistent 4.5lb. Trigger break. Your results may vary.
Sig made a design change to the newer P365's so I had to watch a different video on slide disassembly than the one on this site. I wouldn't say I'm disappointed but I did expect better results. I ended up with a 8oz (1/2lb) reduction in trigger pull weight and to be honest its barely noticeable. I'll get a better feel for the trigger and see if the spring kit makes a difference when I take the gun to the range.
Excellent video on how to do it. Toughest part was getting the sear spring to seat on the ledge inside the receiver. If you have the correct punch with the right slope, pushing the punch in the hole nearest the spring pushes it right up on the ledge with no problem. Make your own trigger pull gauge, better than anything you can buy. (see pic) Add wrench sockets to get to the ounce. Use food scale to weigh your results.
Shipping was great, price was good, product worked well. The installation video was high quality, but not entirely accurate. The latch system that secures the backplate has been upgraded on newer model guns. Dropping in this spring kit won't fix the gritty feel of the sig trigger. There are a few certain places that need polished to clean the trigger up to a suitable level. This spring kit and a few hours worth of polishing took it from an awful 5.5lbs gritty trigger to a smooth clean 4lb trigger. Well worth the time and money.
This kit improved the feel of the stock trigger significantly. Slightly lighter and seems more crisp now. Highly recommended! The video instruction was great, may need to update to show the new way to remove the new style rear plate.
A very professional company to deal with. Very friendly and helpful. The spring kit was not difficult to install and the result was as I expected.
