I bought this spring for my Rossi rs22, I have found that this rifle is a re-branded mossberg 702. Installed this spring and polished the hammer and sear, boy! what a shooter! Super smooth trigger! quarter size groups at 80 yards! would recommend this and any mcarbo product!
I must say this is best 12 dollar mod ya can do for this gun! ..Huge DIfferance in pull no grit ..regular uptake engament has like no stack.it breaks super clean glides...its not unexpected but at that fine line ..NICE!! just get it!!...And the Tuturial Video saved my Bacon!....Great guys cant say enough now i have to buy all the goodies cause they WORK doin my ole marlin 600 this month cant wait1
Got the gun for my 5 year old. So I want to make the trigger pull as easy as I can. This does drip it by about a pound. Which didn't sound like a lot but for a 5 year olds finger it was a big difference. Works great. White you in there take a dine India atone and polish the contact point on the hammer and put some grease on it. Helps out a little. Just wish I wasn't $13 for a .30 spring.

This kit was exactly as described. It lowered the trigger pull. The customer service was great as well

Great easy to follow video instructions. Functions perfectly?. Not sure how much it lightened it, but after installing a nice small forgrip and small butt stock out of a 2 x 4, my 5 yo grandson shoots the crap out of that little 22 plinkster.
Had the 702 plinkster at the range today. First time shooting after installing the MCARBO trigger spring. What a difference. The trigger response is good and much improved over the out of the box factory set up. Pic attached of a 5 shot group at 50 yards.
easy installation. reduced pull to 4.3 lbs. completely satisfied with product and would recommend to anyone.
I found this spring to be fairly easy to install. The installation video was also spot on.I use this gun for shooting in steel matches. What a difference. Not that the original trigger was horrible or anything, but it noticeably lightened up the pull, in turn making the gun faster.
A valid attempt by M-Carbo to reduce the trigger pull but IMHO a 4.6 oz break is not acceptable for accurate shooting, but it is a start. Do Not, I repeat Do Not use the method in the M-Carbo video to install the complete trigger assembly, as it will surly result in a bent bolt return spring. There is at least 3 other independent videos that show a procedure that works. Thanks again to M-Carbo for your spring, but perhaps a modified hammer option might be most useful................
Shipping was same day and received promptly. Being somewhat mechanically inclined, installation was fairly simple. Dry firing test resulted in a slight difference from OEM. Maybe live fire will have better results. Great online/YouTube instructions! Looking forward to ordering more items from Mcarbo.
Replaced the 702 spring with the upgrade spring and trigger pull stiffened up slightly. I compared factory spring to the MCARBO spring and the factory spring was weaker and the fork gap less spaced, maybe its just a fluke but it is weaker.
Part came fast and fit perfect. I recommend MCarbo
A little bit of a challenge to install, but patience is key. Haven't had a chance to go to the range, but I can already feel the difference in my trigger pull. Fast shipping and great instructions.
Needed upgrade for for any Mossburg Plinkster 702. Lighter and crisp trigger pull. Thank you M*carbo
Excellent product, took my stock trigger from a 6 pound pull down to 3.5 pounds. Works great!
Got this spring at the end of last year and just finally got to install it, works great and makes a noticeable difference to the trigger pull. Would recommend to anyone with a 702 looking for mods.
