Replacement of this little spring is not quite as easy as depicted on the You Tube video for this kit but with some patience and using your punches and pins in conjunction it becomes easier. All in all it.helped the trigger pull dramatically.
I just received my trigger spring. I purchased all the accessories for my Sub 2000 and was able to put in the new trigger kit the new nuts and add onswith no problem with the video that Mcarbo provided, so replacing the trigger spring on my 715 should be no problem. I would purchase other products from Mvarbo for any of my needs. Great products with Awesome instructions
I got to be honest removing my old trigger spring, and installing this new one was a experience, but once put into place, and snap cap chambered when I squeezed the trigger ,and that clean easy break told the tell as I held my scope on target. Knowing this just improved my accuracy by 90 percent. No more flinching, and jerking just steadily smooth breaking of the trigger. Brought a smile to my face knowing my accuracy will be much better when I go to the range. Problem solved thanks M*CARBO happy days soon to come!
Works great and the video walkthrough is straightforward. Thank you
A Little tricky to install. Your video was a great help. The spring did help the trigger pull some. Anything is an improvement. Should get better with time once the gun gets broken in.
Watch video before doing the job to understand the steps. Easy install, upgraded 2 Rossi RS 22. The long screwdriver in the hammer strut slot is key. Have another thin punch to help slide the trigger frame into position for hole line ups. Feels like quite a difference! No scale to actually test. Will be taking both to the range for the real test. Delivery and email updates were fast and constant. Thanks for a great product.
This spring made a tremendous improvement. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The original spring was making me pull to the left. Mcarbo was fast on delivery and emailed instructions on how to install. The installation was tricky but the results were awesome. Thanks for the good service.
Easy to install just watch the video.works great. I also polished the hammer to help with a smoother trigger pull.
The spring dropped my pull from 4.8 Lbs to 3.5. I would recommend this spring to anyone.
Works awesome. Installation video was spot on. Thanks MCarbo
Bought this spring kit due to poor grouping in my 702 @100yrds. Wont lie, installation was kind of PITA. After it was installed however i immediatly noticed it was worth every penny. Groups were tighter @100yrds. Also noticed a large increase in actual hits on my furry friends moving in on my property. Now if you guys could figure out why the mossberg 715/702 has such a high failure to eject and fix that also this could be sold in a all in one kit that im confident all mossber owners would buy. Love this trigger spring and would recommend to everyone
this is not a review of product. M*CARBO always provides quality products. I have four M*CARBO products on three different guns. And have ordered a fifth product for fourth gun. So no problem with confidence in quality. But after day two of trying to install this trigger spring. I would love to give the WTF salute to Mossberg and configuration of this trigger group. I have swapped springs on my Ruger AR556 trigger. Which I need three hands, but got that accomplished. But back to Mossberg 702 trigger assembly. Seriously WTF. Yes patience is a virtue, but everyone has their breaking point and this install is mine. Just to repeat this is not a commentary on M*Carbo and quality. Come on Mossberg SNAFU

Project is complete. After polishing any contact point very impressive results. My goal of this project was to get trigger pull under 2lbs. From 5.3lb starting point. Wheeler gage and pictures don't lie. I was able to get trigger pull to 2.12 lbs. Worth the effort. Looking forward to installing trigger springs on SW Jframe 642.
Very noticeable improvement in trigger pull. Money well spent.
This is on the edge of being too light for the factory trigger assembly. Mine had a few baubles resetting for a couple of rounds. The solution, of course, was to disassemble it again and polish the contact points. - Polish only, nothing abrasive on MIM parts! I'm hoping MCARBO will give us a nice trigger with an over-travel adjustment, and maybe a nice machined charging handle for these fun little rifles.
