Firstly, thanks for the installation video. The detail and instruction is extremely useful. The parts are even smaller than they appear in the video, so be prepared for that. (Clean, well lit workspace are a must). I took the time to polish the feed ramp to an absolute mirror shine (I used diamond paste - but be warned if you try that, it can remove material and change dimensions quite rapidly). My hammer block flew out as soon as I split the case, but again, thanks to the fantastic video, complete reassembly was not to difficult. Just know that this is an involved process, and if you aren't very skilled, the extra $150 is reasonable to have them perform the work. I chose not to because I wanted to slick up the feed ramp to rediculous levels). The only problem I ran into was getting the buffer spring retainer to sit on the pin straight. It's critical that it does. Other than that, fiddling with getting the 2 halves reassembled was tedious (the first time). All that being said, was it worth it? Absolutely. I ran the sh*t out of this pistol with only 1 hiccup, (FTF) that was due to my 13 year old son taking his first stab at loading a magazine. (Which the included speed loader makes much easier). Every properly loaded magazine ran through this pistol like butter. Flame throwing, brass raining butter. I trust this firearm now. Whether shooting slow or fast as I can cycle, it works well. I plan on getting another kit and installing in my father's PMR30. The added reliability is well worth it. After seeing, installing, and running the kit, I understand the pricing. It's not cheap, but once you see the detail of the machining and engineering that went into it (not to mention the improved function) you will understand where the money went. Included tools and instruction video were indispensable. I cannot stress the joy of finally getting something that works as designed and has exceeded my expectations for both quality and performance. (I know I am starting to rave, and this is a voluntary, non-compensated, honest review - I was willing to flame this if it didn't make a noticeable difference). Your parts are great, quality work. They made a crappy gun better, still junk but more tolerable. Now jams or stove pipes every 5th shot instead of every shot. Yep, tried every bullet also
All of the parts went in OK, and feeding is perfect. Just one caution: when re-assembling the KelTec P30 plastic shell, do not over tighten the body screws, or the action will bind. That's it!
Really Happy to have contacted M CARBO and ordered the bundle for my PMR30 I carry this as my main carry and there were sum issues with jamming and failure to feed, This upgrade just reassures me if I should ever need to rely on PMR30 it well be working as it should Thanks you , M CARBO
Great add on to the pmr 30 easy install thanks to installation videos. Like being ahold of a whole new gun. Great company and great prices will be buying all my parts from mcarbo from now on.
Firstly, the quality of the materials is excellent, much higher the the stock parts being replaced.I started with the improved mag release, and really struggled with the spring placement. Clearly, I am not a gunsmith. Moving on to the feed ramp. I have to again say what excellent quality it was. With my old eyes, I had a very hard time with setting the little spring onto the slide release. I am really not a gunsmith. Moved on to the trigger and gave up after three tries as I just couldn't get the two frame halves back together with the new trigger. I like the original trigger OK and it fit in allowing me to put the frame back together. I'm waiting to install the new slide springs until I test the mods done so far at the range. Would really like to get a new recoil spring guide lock ring and a better buffer. I could never have installed as much as I have now without your great videos. Thank you for doing those. This was a fun project, and a challenge for me. I am really, really not a gunsmith. Thanks for the great package.
Everything worked as advertised!!! Did have problem installing the feed ramp spring (real bugger)! But all went well. Hammer spring came off several times, found a better way to install it besides needle nose pliers. The micro screw driver has a Philips end opposite the flat side, carefully put the Spring over the Shaft about midway, Then place the bit of the Philips over the hammer spring pin. Start raising the other end of screwdriver ( keeping pressure on spring so It will slide toward the hammer spring pin ) the spring will slide down in place! Let me know if this works for y’all!
The PMR 30 All in one kit is Great and the installation video was perfect. I did fine a substitute for the wire ring on the recoil spring guide rod. Ace Hardware has tiny "C" rings they fit the rod AND the retaining washer. Keep up the great work.
This is the second PMR 30 that I've upgraded. So knew what to look for when installing kit. This kit takes care of all the problems with the gun. Very good. Only pit fall - when taking gun apart - care needs to be taken that the lower pin for the hammer spring doesn't fly out. When taking case apart - sneak a small needle nose pliers in to grab the pin. On my first upgrade - the pin flew out and have NOT found it to this day. The pin can be replaced with a 3 / 32" drill bit - cut to length. Will be buying a 3rd kit in the near future.
Well done Mcarbo this kit makes my pmr 30 work flawlessly now and the price of the kit what a bargain. You guys are great innovators and I look forward to seeing what you will come up with next. I have a 2nd gen keltec pmr30 with the standard problems of all PMR'S feed issue and the occasional sycle problems the pmr bundle fixed them all for 40 grain ammo and above still have problems when I tried to shoot 30 grain ammo or below nice job MCARBO I think I am going to try the flat triger for the p 365 next ......

It made a amazing difference in performance and fires faliously as it should haven't had a misfire or ejection problem and I installed myself with easy online instructions 😀
Everything that was just as listed on the website. All tools necessary for installation included. Quality parts, I utilized a friend who is a gunsmith. He had several questions regarding issues he encountered, (he was performing upgrades on (3) three PMR30s) He stated upon calling for customer support, he was “amazed”on hold just a few minutes was connected directly to MCARBO technical support and the service was best he has ever experienced, when dealing with a firearm parts manufacturer!! Also the videos were spot on! All upgrades drastically improved firearm performance and reliability.
