Fix perfect, all Marlin recoils are tuff to install. I did join the bent spring club again with on of the new ones. No fault of spring. Operator error my part. I promise the rifle will not be taken down again that far. I will get cleaned with Balistol and air pressure. Would highly recommend a gunsmith put is in they make it look easy. Your spring great just a bitch to put it in without bending. Tell all buyer to purchase two or three will save freight.

Long story short(-ish)... I kinked the original, I needed a new one, was referred to M*Carbo by a friend, ordered it, it came in quicker than expected, questioned the length (1/2" longer than old one), installed it anyway, and after finally getting to the range, fired the Marlin 60 DLX with no issues.
Nice and new compared to my bent 20+ yr old one thank you!
It's good practice to have extra recoil springs for any and all firearms that you own. Thanks MCARBO
Needed to replace a Marlin model 60 recoil spring. mcarbo was the only place that had this spring in stock. I placed the order, and had the spring delivered in a very timely manner. I was provided tracking number and updates on the order until delivery. After the delivery, mcarbo did a follow-up to insure I was satisfied. Being a former Soldier myself, I am not surprised at the quality of service and the product received. Now, my rifle functions like new again.
I highly suggest buying this. Change out that kinked or worn out recoil spring. The blowback operation of these rifles benefits from a stout new recoil spring. You will definitely notice how short the old recoil spring is compared to the new one. Very fast order processing and shipping from Mcarbo!
Ordered this part for a 1986 Marlin 60 .22 rifle. Not only did the product arrive 2 days ahead of schedule it was better quality than the original spring! Will definitely order parts again as needed.
Corrected action on my old Marlin 70p. Was jamming and not cycling properly. New part has restored to like new condition. Fast shipping and great resources emailed right after order.
