Easy install. Works great. Very well made.
Shipped really fast showed up 2 days b/4 they said. Going to be pairing this with a stratus Support Systems . Easy install although there was no vid for show me how . Will recommend
I hesitated to buy this because I wasn't sure it would fit the RDB-C. It does fit the rear three pins. I almost never remove the rear most pin when I'm cleaning and it is the one I wanted to put the mount on. It is solid.
Got exactly what was advertised and had it w/in a day or two.
After stripping and cleaning my new RDB, the QD Single Point Sling Mount was my first addition to the gun. It was simple to install and it functions perfectly. It’s exactly what I was looking for.
Very well made and functional. Another home run for the M Carbo team
End of pin is not tapered and no groove for the wire spring clip. Had to position the wire spring clip just right and tap with a hammer to get it thru. First hole mount in the handguard without the spacer, swivels good. Third hole to tight to swivel. Overall happy with the product.
I purchased this without knowing if it would work properly on my RDB Survival. I figured the takedown pins would be the same size for the RDB S. Thankfully the product does work well. The installation took no time at all. My only gripe is that the positioning of the weight of the rifle does not really allow for a single point attachment as the rifle tends to roll forward. In adding the mlok forend to the rifle, I attached a qd mount at the front of the rifle and used this product on the back side, allowing for a pretty good two point sling setup.
A note about my set up. I am using a Lucky Irishman metal forehead with a MAGPUL M-Lok QD sling mount. The QD mount is one the side of the fore end. The awesome: Having a rear QD sling is amazing. The lack of a QD sling swivel on the RDB survival really limited the usefulness of the rifle. Since it is on the back pin the swivel does not need to be removed for routine maintenance. Which is good because... The Bad: The button head hex bolt that retains the pin seems too delicate for repeated use. So I see this as a semi permanent installation.
