I stumbled onto M*Carbo while searching for trigger parts. Read some of the other reviews on the AR Trigger Springs and decided to give them a shot (pun definitely intended). I picked up four of these, replaced a spring in one of my custom built AR's and put another in a stock DPMS. My custom build had a spring from a competitor which I've bought from in the past (won't mention the name here). I had some issues with the competitors springs, mostly light strikes on milsurp 5.56 ammo. Also my DPMS had a gritty pull with an average pull rate around 6.7 to 7.0 lbs with the stock trigger. I'll admit at first I was a bit skeptical and didn't have high expectations with the new M*Carbo springs. Holy crap was I ever wrong!! I tested my DPMS after installing the M*Carbo using five different 5.56/.223 loads ranging from custom hand loads to some milsurp 5.56 loads which had issues with with the competitors spring installed. I'm happy to say the new M*Carbo springs performed flawlessly with all ammo tested, not a single issue. Best part is, this spring took my heavy DPMS trigger with an average pull weight stated above, down to an average of 4.2 to 4.4 lbs with an extremely clean, crisp break. What was equally as impressive was the price of these M*Carbo springs and holy hell does M*Carbo ship lightening fast!! Bottom line, if you are looking for replacement springs with exceptional quality at a price you can't beat from one of the fastest shippers in the business then look no further than M*Carbo!! They have a new customer for life and I'll definitely be pointing everyone else to M*Carbo as well.

Rather than installing an expensive drop in trigger, I used the Mcarbo reduced AR15 trigger spring and their polishing kit on the existing trigger group. I improved the trigger pull from 5lb to 4lb all for the price of the Mcarbo reduced pull ar15 spring and their polishing kit. Friends and neighbors are amazed of the improved trigger pull. Thanks Mcarbo!

Only reduced my Saint trigger pull from 7.5 to 6.6. I was hoping for 5 to 6 lb. range.

I wish I had had this Spring many years ago. The absolute frustration of a stock 7-7.5lb pull on my DPMS Panther in .223 used to drive me nuts. Hated it. I knew my groups would improve with a new trigger but refused to give Timney over $228 for an adjustable Targa trigger before Tax and Shipping. This entire operation took me 12 minutes. Great Video Tutorial. I am now pulling 4.8 to 5.2 pounds so lets call it a 5 pound spring for MY Rifle.

I also just ordered two more because I see where it is exactly the same spring as my AR15-22 M&P. That thing pulls at 6-6.5 pounds. I have used MCARBO in the past for my Marlin Model 60 springs and excellent service and product support. Thanks for your service and Service to our Country. JP

I have purchased 3 spring kits. One for a Savage 62, and Two for AR-15's. Rating the Savage, it is hands down a 5 star rating. Nice clean trigger break, and much lighter trigger pull. Well worth the investment. Now for the AR's. I wish I had the same report, but I do not. I will be putting the original hammer spring back. I am running near a 20% failure to fire rate since I started using the M*Carbo spring. The following primers have fail to work: 1) factory loads from PMC and Winchester. 2) CCI 400 primers, and Winchester small mag rifle #41. I have to give these sets a one star rating. An 1 in 6 fail rate is not acceptable.

I received the MCARBO replacement spring for my Colt M+4 yesterday, installation took about 15 minutes and working with the MCARBO utube video playing made the install seem smooth and effortless.

The proof of how well the spring works is in the attached photo of the after install reading on my Wheeler digital trigger pull gauge. Before the install, the reading with the factory trigger spring was 6.13.3.

Thanks MCARBO!

I checked the factory trigger pull on my AR-15 and it was 6 -1/2lbs. I polished the hammer/sear engagement surfaces and a little bit of the super lube grease then installed this Mcarbo AR hammer spring and my rough gritty mil-spec trigger with creep went to a 4- 1/4lb. trigger pull and removed almost all the creep. This job really smoothed the trigger pull. I highly recommend this upgrade to your mil-spec AR rifle!

I just installed the AR15 trigger spring in my Bushmaster carbon-15 22lr. carbine. Very easy installation, took about 15 minutes. Pre installation trigger pull 6+lb, after installation trigger pull clean 4lb. Function and firing check good. I’m very pleased with this product.

Must have to reduce the trigger pull for accurate and quick shots.

Installed this on my Springfield Armory Saint Pistol and what a difference it made. I do not have a Trigger Pull Weight Gauge BUT, I can tell you it greatly reduced the trigger pull to exactly where I wanted it. A++++++ Product!!

Finally got a chance to go to the range and try this new trigger spring out. So after sending 300 rounds down range I’d have to say, this thing runs like a wet dream. I was a little worried that something would go wrong but not one issue. This thing worked great. I was running a few different types of ammo and not one FTF. Would highly recommend. I’ll be ordering more for my 300 blackout build and another for a family member who’s getting a AR.

So maybe it's not a new $300 drop in trigger but it made a very noticeable difference. My Daniel Defense AR factory trigger had a terrible break and measured around 6.5 to 7 pounds. Now has a nice break and measuring 5.5 to 6 pounds. Installation was quick and easy.

No more light primer strikes

This one little spring may be best dollar for dollar upgrade you will ever find for a AR rifle. It had no problem firing rounds that the spring that came in the aftermarket trigger kit that I installed would not. Also eliminated the bit of creep on my stock setup really crisp now. Great upgrade on its own or add it to another brands kit by far best AR hammer spring on the market. You better get 2
