I just put a couple spring kits in two different platforms. A Ruger 556 and a Springfield Saint. The ruger went from a 7.45 lb pull down to a 5.68 lb pull. The Saint went from a 5.3 factory pull to a 4.78 lb pull. Everything seems to be functioning like it should. Looking forward to putting some rounds down range with it. For the money it brought trigger pull down like it was designed to do. Not quite as low as I was hoping but for the price versus dropping a new trigger in I’d say it is a quality investment as long as it functions like it should. Installation was a breeze thanks to the great mcarbo video. Thanks again!

I measured stock trigger pull at 8 lbs. Popped in the spring and it dropped to 6 lbs 8 oz. Not exactly light but better. Will likely intall an ALG trigger and use the MCarbo spring with that.

Does NOT work with CMMG .22 Conversion

My CMMG conversion kit was operating reliably, but when I added this spring, it does not have enough hammer strength to strike the primer.

Does the job!

I was looking for another option to improve my AR triggers besides the ALG purple spring. This fit the bill perfectly

Using the AR-15 Trigger Spring Kit on a BCM PNT trigger juiced with MC 3000. Its a clean 4 lb break using a Wheeler digital gauge average. Its not bad for a nickle boron coated trigger. Purchased the M CARBO over others for the 302 stainless. The lower was built with Geissele Ultra Duty, so it just made sense to add a stainless hammer spring.

Doesn't work on Ruger AR556

Hate giving 1 star because it sounds like you're ticked off - I'm not. But I installed this in my Ruger AR556 and it made zero difference. The hammer spring has one less coil, so not sure why. Have already done the paracord break-in routine plus have over 2600 rounds through this gun, so the trigger should be well broken in. I don't know, seems like it should have worked. I'm open to suggestions, especially if you have a Ruger AR556 and it worked in your gun.

Easiest trigger job you will ever do

Watched a video online and they praised this spring kit. Figured it couldn't hurt and wanted to give it a try. Has to be the easiest trigger job I have ever done. Takes all of maybe 5 minutes and brought my trigger pull from 6.2 pounds to 3.3 pounds. Almost half the pull it was stock. So if you want a lighter trigger pull this will be a hands down easy upgrade for you.

P.S. This was done to my first PSA lower. Since then I have put one of this into all but one of my ARs. Cant beat it for the cost and simplicity.

Easily the cheapest and most noticeable upgrade

This was my third trigger spring kit from M Carbo. My Ruger American, CZ 455 American and now this one for my Ruger AR-556. I keep buying them because they work so good. The difference after installing these springs is amazing. You can not make a bigger improvement to your rifle for under $20.

I had a decent mil-spec trigger with a 5.5lb break that I wanted to lighten up, but I didn't want to break the bank with a $100+ drop-in replacement trigger. I ordered this spring during a sale, followed the YouTube installation instructions, and my AR trigger is now 4 lbs and shoots beautifully.

Ordered two of these after seeing all the good reviews. Excellent product fit well and still produced a solid primer strike! The trigger was definitely easier to pull very happy!!
