My Sub 2000 out of the box had a horrible trigger weight...15 lbs. There was an awful "drag" feel on pre-travel as well. Both hammer and sear surfaces had bad mill marks on them so I took the marks off and polished the surfaces, greased and reassembled...that brought it down to a 9.7lb pull. Ordered a trigger spring kit and metal trigger from Mcarbo and upon installing those parts the trigger pull is now 5.2lbs AND the trigger has an excellent break feel to it. Wonderful product, highly recommended.

Great product and easy to install

Followed the video, step by step and got the spring kit and trigger installed in about 30 min. Both products make for a very nice trigger Pull. I would love if MCARBO would put out a hammer sear combo for the trifecta. Are you listening?

Ordered spring kit and trigger. Got here really fast, within a few days of ordering. Already installed with no problems, and trigger feels 100% better. For those worried about taking the sub2k apart, don't. IT'S a piece of cake, just follow there YouTube videos. Only thing I did different was I didn't use a hammer/punch for the takedown pin, it will come out pretty easy by pressing in on the the end piece/buffer and I used a strap wrench to remove the endplate. Haven't taken it to the range yet but the trigger pull is a Night and day difference. And the trigger itself is very nice, very well made, huge improvement over the factory plastic trigger. So far very happy. Thanks

I was hesitant about spending $30 on three tiny springs, but this makes a world of difference. My trigger now feels like a decent 2-stage AR-15 trigger. There's still a good bit of takeup, but the break is super crisp. I bought this with the target trigger and extended charging handle. I can't recommend this enough.

Same day shipping wasn't just a marketing scheme. I received an email with shipping details within an hour of ordering. The parts I received were shiny silver making them easy to distinguish from the dull metal OEM springs. The installation video made the process easy. I did have a problem with the trigger spring bending while installing it. MCARBO responded to my after hours email within 15 minutes and offered to replace the spring. I finished the installation with the stock spring for now. The trigger is much smoother and feels much more like my Glock 23 trigger. I am very happy with my purchase.

I’ve bought nearly every MCarbo mod for my gen 2 Sub 2000 with fantastic results. I decided to install their battle trigger an spring kit to lighten the trigger. It took my 9lb trigger to 5.3 lbs, but I started experiencing frequent failure to fire. I noticed the failed rounds all showed light strike dimples in the primers. This happened no matter what ammo I used (Federal, PMC or Sig). I re-installed the original hammer spring and the problem disappeared. The trigger pull only went up to 6.5 lbs. I think the kit’s hammer spring may be a bit shy of strong enough.
