Perfect fit, easy install and clear instructions It’s a must for your P365
Great trigger! Only put 100 or so rounds through it. No issues.
Great product quality . I installed the trigger and springs. It took out almost all the take up and the spring kit made a noticeable difference. Let’s just say I wouldn’t want a 365 without these parts.
Trigger and spring kit on a P365 XMacro eliminated the "mushy" trigger pull and replaced it with a nice, crisp break. Better reset as well. Accuracy and consistency both improved. Very happy with this product.
I had to custom fir this trigger by grinding away part of the trigger and trigger bar in order to gain enough clearance to allow the takedown lever to seat fully into the fire control unit. The trigger itself is excellent but mine was either out of spec or there are New dimensions on brand new p365s. My 365 was born on Feb 08, 2023.
with my p365 macro it does not work out of the box (and all 365 use the same fcu), it takes up too much pre travel and causes the safety lever (part number 29 if you look at the sig gun disassembly.) it causes it to stick up too high and wont let you put your slide back on. i took it to a gun smith and they said the trigger should of been cut more on the front. Mcarbo said its sigs fault and to get there trigger to work i should shave my back plate, polish the safety lever, shave my trigger lever, or finally cut the front of the trigger which should of been cut to begin with. but if you do that it voids there warranty. so you can either void your sig warranty on your $850 gun or the warranty on a $80 trigger that said it works out of the box.
Had local gunsmith install the MCarbo trigger and related spring kit. Results are outstanding. The feel is a huge upgrade. I recommend this for all Sig pistols. Thank you
I just installed my mcarbo Sig 365 trigger a few days ago. Being a gunsmith I honestly have to say it wasn't too tricky but might be a bit much for those not mechanically inclined....video was very good...definitely make the spring tool out of a small screwdriver. Also if you have the manual safety lever (mine did) you need to rotate it out first, before you continue the video.... Since you have everything apart I would suggest polishing both sear surfaces...it makes the trigger break much cleaner. Great trigger and company... keep up the good work. BTW I saw the titanium striker is available 4/1....I ordered one today...the factory plastic sleeve just doesn't cut it on such a nice pistol...Happy Easter JC conquered death for us all...how cool is that!
After installing slide safety will not go down enough to allow the slide to be put on. Had to file the trigger down so that it would move far enough forward to allow the slide safety to drop down.
Trigger was out of spec. After installed, slide saftey lever doesn't completely rest flat. Had a gunsmith shave off material on the top of the trigger, he had to file off way too much just to get the slide to barely clear (still a pain in the ass to get my slide on) the saftey lever. Now the trigger sits way too far forward. Don't even bother with this trigger.
Great product great service
I really wanted to like this trigger. After installing, it did improve the trigger travel over the OEM flat trigger. It looks better than the stock trigger. I liked the position and feel of the trigger with my finger resting on the trigger, until I fired it today. I almost immediately noticed significant trigger pinch/bite. I tried relocating my finger position higher up on the trigger, but after a few shots my finger would slide down to be pinched once again. I immediately uninstalled it while cleaning my firearm. It should be noted that I have thin fingers, so those with fatter fingers may not experience the trigger pinch.
I have the P365XL Model. This is a nicely machined part. The angle it sits at is better than the factory flat trigger and looks nicer. The overtravel set screw works well. The reset is positive. However, the pretravel may be a little shorter, but it still has that creep or "mushy" feeling right before the break that I didn't like about the factory trigger. There is really no "wall" before the break. I also installed the spring kit. I followed the MCarbo video as I installed it. Everything went well until I got to reinstalling the take down lever - it may just be the XL model, but it will not fit in the order the video shows. I had to go back and pull the trigger pin to get the take down lever to fit properly in its slot. This was a little frustrating to figure out. Overall - still a nice upgrade but to me not the 40% gain people are claiming. Better in some ways, but the creep and the break are the same as the factory trigger.
I finally got a chance to shoot my sig 365xl with the new trigger installed and I absolutely love it! Its smooth as butter and easier to stay on target you guys nailed it keep up the hard work
Wow! I installed the short stroke trigger and the spring kit. Following the video as I worked, everything fell into place flawlessly! There were allot of parts on the fire control unit but the step by step video made everything SO easy! The results. Well, it was like night and day. Not only is the trigger stroke half what it was before, but it was also smoother with a crisper break. I would highly recommend this upgrade to anyone wanting to improve an already nearly perfect pistol! Thank you M-Carbo!
