Got this for my Hellcat Pro. Product is exactly what was described. Really easy to install. Put 200rds through the gun after install with no issues. Noticed a 1lb reduction in trigger pull weight along with the advertised reduction in creep.
I have the new Hellcat Pro 9mm from Springfield Armory and I love it. After shooting it a few weeks back about 200 rounds I was feeling the trigger assembly was not acceptable. I decided to tested the trigger pull and it tested out at 6 pounds 10 oz. Thinking back when I had a Polymer80 Glock 43 with a custom trigger assembly with a 4 pound trigger pull that I loved. I also was shooting the Sig P365X with a flat trigger that was very nice(never tested the pull). I did some research online to upgrade for the Hellcat Pro. I saw a online video from about their new Titanium Striker assembly with Sear and Safety Springs. I ordered and it came in last week the installation instructions were easy to follow. But, I did lose the Safety Springs so I didn’t install it or the Sear Spring. I tested the trigger pull and it was down to 4.5 pounds. I did some dry fires and retested still the same at 4.5. Yesterday I went to my range and put about 100 rounds down range no Malfunction and it is now a joy to shoot. I plan to order a replacement Safety Spring and their new trigger soon. I ordered this part right after Chris posted it was available. It came in about a week ago and I immediately installed it. Today was the first chance I had to get out to PSC Shooting Club to fire it. I can't believe the difference it makes. The change in the lug geometry is a stroke of genius. Much less trigger creep and it breaks cleanly and consistently. I have always been impressed with MCarbo parts, and you hit it out of the park with this one. Keep up the great work and thank the engineers that made the design change on the lug.
The plastic spring holder will prevent the striker assembly from sliding in. Same as the other reviewer. No reply back from company in the last 12 days. I sent 2 emails asking for help with no replies. Just asking for a survey on how well they did.
I installed this upgrade to reduce the heavy trigger pull of my Hellcat Pro and to also replace the plastic striker assembly sleeve. After the install, I went to the range and ran 100 rounds through it without any issues. My shot placement improved as well as the accuracy with follow up shots. Trigger pull is at 5-51/2 lbs without any polishing.
I got this to replace my factory striker. it snapped shooting my dry fire laser. it is so much smoother and worth every penny. Hope it can handle my laser. Install was easy and video was thorough. I did not change out the spring on my trigger. already have an apex trigger I am happy with.
Great parts that I have had zero problems with in my personal Hellcat Pro on for well over 2000 rounds in the months since the install. Improved my times and accuracy on clearing the plate rack significantly. Seen reviews from people not being able to seat the striker assembly fully. The answer is to carefully adjust/move the plastic striker assembly cups to allow it align and seat properly.
It shipped fast and fit perfect. It was built out of quality materials and fit flawlessly. It makes a huge difference to the original components. Thank you for a great product. ***** highly recommended for all Hellcat shooters.
This product is absolutely amazing. I’d like to think mcarbo for creating it. This is something that would’ve been really nice if Springfield made to start to come automatically on the hellcat, my heart goes off to them for amazing customer service in answering all my questions, but having for great tutorial videos as well do you have gained a customer for life?
I had bought and installed an apex trigger kit which brought down the weight and sponginess some but not enough. So I got this kit and am running the 2 together. It is a night and day difference between this set up and the stock trigger. So much easier to shoot fast and accurate now . It’s breaking at about 4.5 lbs now with way less creep. No light strikes on the S&b ammo . Totally worth the investment.
Knocked it out of the park with your hellcat trigger kit.. and the install videos are awesome.. i do a lot of triggers but still sometimes from problems.. But when u have a video and the guy goes through everything perfect You can never screw up.. Keep up the kick A$$ work .
I wrote a review on the M-CARBO trigger/Titanium Performance Striker, but I had to write another review because of the performance and quality of these items. The Brothers at M-CARBO have got it together on their design and performance! I just cannot believe the deference these finished parts made on my Hellcat Pro! I just wanted to leave a quick review. I receive my products in about 10 days after I ordered them which was a pretty decent amount of time the packaging was excellent. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to understand. I followed the video that was recommended when I purchased the order in my email, the step-by-step video is absolutely excellent. I was able to take apart the top inner portion of my slide, install the striker assembly kit and put back all the parts in the exact, same place and check functionality and then moved onto the frame where every part that was supplied was of high-quality and fit perfectly I was able to watch the video and follow along with very easy steps , the process is somewhat difficult but not hard to understand or hard to follow along. It can just be tricky since they’re so small and and things are so tiny and you really need to pay attention to details but if you’re good at paying tension to details and watching the video. I didn’t have any issues at all in about less than an hour. I was able to complete the whole process . The feel of my trigger has definitely came down and weight I could say about a pound to a pound and a half has been shaved off the trigger pull the reset it’s Chris and the brake is clean. I can’t wait to take this out to the range and put 200 rounds down . I will definitely be purchasing from M carbo again thank you so much for the great service.
I received my new Hellcat Compact striker assembly and it does not fit. I've sent 3 emails to try and correct the problem but MCARBO won't reply to my messages
This hellcat kit is a must to have .5 star easy installation great trigger pull if you have hellcat you will not regret installing it very happy with this company 😀 thank you MCARBO sorry review 2 months late I just got to range .worked very nice
