I added this after the spring kit and experienced further trigger improvement. Do your self a favor and buy this and the spring kit together. Nice clean consistent trigger break and reset! No more hard spongy trigger. You won't be disappointed!
Installed this trigger with mcarbo spring kit and trigger bar. Mushy trigger pull before replacement was between 6 an 7 pounds. Slightly different each time. After installation of new parts the trigger pull was just a hair over 4 pounds and felt much better. Far more consistent and less mushy. It isn't a quick installation, so if you aren't mechanically inclined you might want to have someone more knowledgeable install it. I've worked on many triggers so I wasn't afraid to tackle the job. I am pleased with the outcome.

Nice piece of work and if you have a SUB-2000, do yourself a favor and replace that nasty plastic trigger with one of these! You'll be amazed.
This trigger feels so much better than the factory one.
I have just recently purchased a target trigger from M-CARBO and installed it my Marlin model 60. I had previously installed the spring kit that they sell as well. I improved the trigger pull by about half. It is the best thing I have done to this rifle. Improved accuracy and made a better rifle to shoot and enjoy. Thank you M-CARBO for great products.

The parts are outstanding! There are NO Instructions included with the parts and the video instructions look like they were filmed by a shade tree or hammer mechanic! VERY disappointed with a Company supposedly owned by veterans! I am a retired Nuclear/Heavy industry instructor. Typically the veterans that were in my classes would never have had such shoddy work practices, in fact if they did, they would have failed my classes. The video instructs you to remove both c-lips from the safety, when in fact, you only need to remove one. They also show the person using unprotected punches to remove the c-lips and scratching the receiver and launching the c-lips through the air, instead of retaining the clips.. Sorry Guys Thanks for your Service, but please improve your work practices and include printed instructions with you parts!
Again, plastic or steel, a no brainer. Solid, easy install and no flex like the stock plastic trigger. The last thing to function before you put one down range, and the dimensions, angle and comfort are what determines where it will hit. With this trigger, if you don't hit, it's not the gun.

This a excellent replacemnt for the existing trigger on the Keltec Sub 2000 Gen 2.
Easy upgrade. Trigger was much smoother and easier and the guard latch had noticably tighter lockup when deployed than original. Was somewhat more difficult to disengage due to the wider profile and varitably no "free edge" to push on with index finger like original, but in retrospect why is a guick folding of the rifle needed when obviously your work is complete. The lockup is incredible feeling much more solid than stock, must have in my opinion.
Trigger guars feels much more substantial and positive to release the lock. Trigger is OK but I havent shot it enough to really get a good feel for it.
Exceptional fit and finish....instructional videos are outstanding....reassembly can be a little tricky with the springs but if you watch the video all the way through you will be ok
