Installs easy and is a world of difference. Racking and releasing the charging handle is like night and day. It doesn't seem like something this subtle would make such a big difference, but your finger will thank you after a day of blasting away with this addition. I know I know, Htfu, but I'm not operating and if I was I'd add this mod anyway.
Easy on your finger
a great budget upgrade for any sub2k. great fit/finish, easy to install and definitely makes charging much easier on the fingers.
I don't need a thicc fancy bolt so this thing was worth the 10 bucks I wouldn't pay for other rubbers if you get my drift. It doesn't beat the ceap out of my tiny little hamster hands and I love it.
I wouldn't have bought this on it's own, but I was buying a couple of other items and threw this in for the hell of it. I'm glad I did - it makes it much more comfortable, with a more positive grip on the charging handle. Very easy to install. Had my Keuring brew a cup of hot water with the piece in it, then took it out and it went right on.
I really had my eye on a couple other Mcarbo charging handle upgrades...and eventually will either go for the 2 finger or weighted "recoil reduction" fatter version. But with all the other upgrades I want to do to my sub2000 and other toys, I had to be a bit frugal on this area. This is a great way to add comfort to charging your sub, without spending more than the cost of a latte and muffin. Not much to it, but I really like the way it "takes on the shape" of the curved stock charging handle when installed. Looks more custom. Personally, I find the middle finger the best way to charge and lock the handle. Just let my index finger slide along tube. Although I don't find the spring to strong for my trigger finger, my middle finger is stronger and why stress out my trigger finger when I need it for firing?
I'm most excited about this part because at first it was dreadful to pull that plastic charging handle back... man this thing makes it a breeze!!!! Boil it for 3 to 5 minutes and slide it right on!!!! RIGHT ON M*CARBO BROTHERHOOD
I have girly hands so I needed a little relief from the skinny charging handle on the sub 2000. This thing worked great.
Once again MCARBO has proven that simple is best. This sleeve is perfect, easy to install and easy to use. MCARBO is THE location for Sub2K upgrades.
You wouldn't think a small piece like this could make such a huge different but it did .Makes using the factory charging handle easy and comfortable ..i can now get the perfect grip on the charging handle ..highly recommended .
This makes the charging handle much easier to pull and release. Can't wait to get out to the range.

Adding this cover to the factory charging handle makes a huge difference. It’s much easier on your fingers now. Well done my MCARBO brothers.
I wanted to keep the low profile of the stock charging handle and avoid an oversized part. This works perfectly for that purpose. Adds just enough to the existing handle to get better purchase with your curved finger. As for the install, just drop in in a cup of hot water for a few seconds to soften it up a bit and it'll pop right on. A+.
Its crazy how simple of an idea this is but it absolutely works. U are able to get a much better grip to charge your Sub 2k and it give the charging handle more to hold on to. Great simple upgrade.
