It’s official, this striker kit is awesome! I can’t pin point the exact reason or specifics but it actually feels tad smooth on fire too. This is a quality piece. But! The biggest thing, it fixes the light strike issues some of us have with the light trigger springs kit! Absolutely no issues at all now—100% flawless with any brand I threw at it. So I have a smooth, crisp light trigger that is 100% reliable now! So nice having my carry pistol back.

I previously reviewed this on an FDEZ comp'd slide set up for the XL. Was getting light strikes with this striker. This FDEZ company blows ass. I had nothing but problems with that slide. Zero communication from company they just ignored a polite email. I thought it was the titanium striker that was giving me light strikes. Well I replaced that FDEZ slide with a stock Sig comp'd slide. Its now 100% reliable. Zero malfunctions and over 250 rounds put in today. The trigger feel has improved so much, zero creep and with my Tyrant CNC safety trigger the break is crisp and clean at 90 degrees. Couldn't be happier the gun is so accurate and a joy to fire now.

Game Changer

When I received the SIG365 Titanium Striker Assembly (TSA) the first thing I noticed was the solid contruction and it looks awesome!!! In comparison with the OEM striker assembly, I am very certain I made a good investment on my EDC. I am glad that truly disassemble my SIG365 to give it good clean without worring about breaking the sleeve tab. Also, love the double lock system. Thank you very much to all the personnel in M*Carbo for this well thought system.

Good upgrade

As much as I love my Sig P365 and P226, I was shocked to find a large chunk of black plastic designed into my stock striker. I elected to upgrade to this titanium striker assembly, even though I think it is way overpriced. I think $80-100 would be a fair price. I know from their back-ordering that they are selling a ton of them, so the up-front engineering and production set-up costs should be easily covered, so how about dropping the price, Brothers?

My stock striker had several gouges in the plastic parts, so I think the replacement was warranted. While I was waiting for the back-ordered part, I disassembled it to polish out the plastic gouges. The removable spring cups are tricky, but I got them back in okay.

The titanium replacement was a little sticky in action, so I disassembled it to put a small amount of Slide-Glide by Brian Enos where needed. Unfortunately, this time one of the plastic spring cups shot off into space somewhere. I used one of the stock cups to complete reassembly. MCarbo sells replacements for $20 a pair— yikes! Together they are about the size of a pea. Pretty pricy, but you’ve gotta have them. Just a warning to the wise!

Great product if I can finish the project

I bought this kit when it was first introduced as I have P-365, that I still don't shoot as well as my SIG P-939, I'm a little older guy raised on single actions, and I don't do well with striker fired triggers.

I installed a flat trigger that helped and put it in a Wilson frame slight improvement, when I saw that this kit had an improved sear, I thought this might be what I needed.

When I bought the P-365 I worked at a range, when I asked how they held up he told me the weakness of the firearm was the recoil spring and the sear assembly. When I saw that this kit had an improved sear, this seemed like a no brainier, I had never dissembled the slide before but the U Tube videos you guys have are awesome!

And that is when I found the rust inside of the slide where the striker assembly is, that took a good hour to clean up and lube, when I went to put it back together the strikes went in everything was great until my finger slipped holding the retainer pin cap for the back plate, I found the cap and spring, I put a little grease inside of the cap to hold them together and made a second try, and lost them both.

I slid the back plate on without them and it seemed to stay in so I put everything back together and tried the trigger, it was AWESOME!!!

At 66 and arthritis in hands I have a little trouble with the tiny parts, I bought a CZ 75 trigger kit from MCARBO that that I lost a small plunger and spring as well and they were quick to send me a replacement, hopefully they will get back to me soon so I can shoot this puppy.

Great upgrade, but ...

This is a substantial improvement over the stock Sig striker assembly. However, my P365XL slide lacked the "cutout" for the new endcap retaining pin. This applies to very few pf the 365s, but if there had been a prominent advisory note, I would have looked before ordering.

Both initial and return shipping were handled promptly.

I have other MCarbo products and consider it a high quality firm.

I reviewed the wrong item, by accident. GENIUS!

Sorry guys, I reviewed the wrong product. This is the one I had meant to review. I don't own the other one. Anyhow, here is a copy and paste...People throw the word genius around willy nilly. I am not one of them people. I say, this is genius. It is not only better and smarter in concept but also in material. Sig Sauer would be wise to ask for help from this company. Thank you MCARBO for having the creative talent and initiative to make such genius improvements. The engineer of this particular item seems to me to have genius and passion for his work. I thank all of you. Cheers and Aloha to you.

I’ll be buying a couple more

The first 50 rounds down range with the M*CARBO striker assembly. Looking at the cases I can see primer drag is greatly reduced and eliminated in on some cases.

It does make a difference in that department.

Having all metal parts that wont fatigue with repeated disassembly is the big factor for me.

It takes a little dexterity to get it apart and back together but the design id durable and locks positively.

No mushy plastic tab.

I like the Sig P365 and it's modular design. It's worth pimping it out.

This striker felt so good I got it for both my 365x and shalotek xxl slides. Installed the strikers with the spring they came with. However after going to the range I noticed it worked flawlessly with factory ammo, but using reloads I was getting 20 to 40 percent light primer strikes. I put the OEM spring in both slides but kept the titanium striker. Went back to the range and no more issues with reloads. Trigger feels just a bit higher weight than with the lighter spring but not drastically. So if you reload and are having issues, try the OEM striker spring.

I just completed installation of the titanium striker assembly on my XL. I followed the instal video--well done by the way. Everything went just fine until I went to reassemble the gun it was stopped by the frame striker safety plunger (what releases the striker safety when trigger pulled). I had to dress the bottom of the retaining plate to gain enough clearance for a friction fit. After four tries I got the slide past the friction point. Did a function check and passed.

Will get to the range soon to test fire.

It may be that I have the fire control unit mounted in a Wilson Combat grip module. That may have been the cause of the clearance issue.

I never had even one light strike on my EDC P365XL until I replaced striker with new Ti kit. I own three versions of that pistol and have installed lots of Mcarbo kits and parts on several different brands of firearms. Always loved the results. This problem doesn't happen with premium ammo, only with less expensive range ammo. I swapped slides with another P365 and the problem traveled with the swap meaning its in that new striker. I disassembled, cleaned, lubed and inspected and saw nothing. I shoot every weekend and like the XL the best, so I run a lot thru it. Maybe I'll just install the OEM spring,,,,

I never had light primer strikes with my factory striker and spring. I have always taken my reloads to the range and the p365 would chew through it no problem until I put this pin in. I thought maybe my reloads are to blame but my buddy chew through them in 2 different pistols.. sorry I'm not trusting my life on this pin.
