Great spring kit
I noticed my encore hammer sling was getting pretty light. I have been looking into up grading my rifle with new furniture and barrels and came across this spring set. Tried it out and really improve the strength of the hammer strike and reduced trigger pull from 5.5# to 2.5#. Only criticism I can give so far, is the install pin they sent to install the sear spring was too long, but just trimmed it with a razor blade and worked perfectly after that. Really pleased with the kit so far.
Poor customer service and dangerous product
I installed the spring kit in my encore and the trigger spring was so light you could not touch it with a gloved finger without discharging the hammer. A butt stroke to the ground also discharged the hammer. Email customer service twice and got no response. I basically gave the company a donation. Shop elsewhere.
Greatly improved my rifle
I realized I had an issue with my rifle action; after closing the barrel I couldn’t pull the hammer back, even after a thorough cleaning and lubrication. I had to slam is shut and I could pull back the hammer when I needed to. This kit fixed that issue as well as making the hammer feel so much nicer, and the install video was great.
Wish I’d have found this sooner
In a rush to prep for pronghorn muzzleloader season, I pulled out this rifle I have not used in a decade. I quickly realized that, even after I cleaned and lubed everything, I had to slam my barrel action shut in order for me to be able to pull the hammer back. I searched online and found you guys and ordered this immediately before I headed out.
Knowing I had an issue, and thinking I’d slammed my barrel back hard enough, my issue still cost me a shot on opening morning - thus far my only opportunity.
Returned home last night and got this installed and it works great! The installation video is fantastic.
Now I just hope to get back out and have another opportunity.

This was just what it needed. Smooth and crisp now.
Wish I’d have seen this before.

Encore trigger spring kit
I've a couple comments
My Encore is from the early 90s when they were a bit smoother, started with 3.8# pull. After installation of the M-CARBO kit my Encore has a sweet crisp 1.4# trigger. No other work was performed. I'm absolutely pleased with the result. I'm now ordering kits for multiple guns.
M-CARBO was front and center getting the spring kit to me and their video was excellent. The video was easy to follow and the result excellent.
Encore Trigger Spring Kit
Results were outstanding. Crisp trigger pull at about 2Lbs. Was easy so to do. Just followed along with the video instructions. Will soon be ordering another kit for my other Encore frame.

We have not tested it in that model, can not confirm it will work
Does this spring kit work with older encores also ?
Hello, our kit will work in the older models, however. if yours is broken in already and has a lighter pull, we cannot guarantee you will receive the reduction advertised for the Pro Hunter.
