M*CARBO Firearm Auctions User Agreement

By placing a bid, you agree to all Rules and Policies within this User Agreement:

  • **Buyer’s Responsibility**: You are responsible for knowing and complying with your state’s firearm laws before bidding. M*CARBO will not ship firearms to states where they are illegal.
  • **Binding Commitment**: Each bid is a legal commitment to purchase. All sales are final, and winning bidders must submit payment within 24 hours.
  • **Managing Unpaid Orders**: M*CARBO reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after two days, which may result in a lifetime ban from future auctions.

Auction Rules and Policies

  • Read the complete listing and inspect all pictures thoroughly. All firearms are in functional working condition. However, minor aesthetic or cosmetic flaws may be present.
  • Some R&D guns may have been test-fired once and stored, while others have been dismantled for testing and inspection.
  • Bidding is incremental, not maximum bid. Auctions are open to the lower 48 states only.
  • Please check your state’s regulations regarding magazine capacity before placing a bid.
  • All sales are final.

1. Buyer’s Responsibility to Verify State Laws: Each buyer is responsible for verifying their state’s firearm laws before placing a bid. State regulations vary, and certain firearms or magazines may be restricted. Bidders are expected to ensure compliance with local and state laws regarding firearm ownership, transfer, and magazine capacity before participating in the auction.

2. Assistance in Resolving Legal Conflicts: If a winning bidder is unable to legally receive the firearm due to state restrictions, M*CARBO will assist in addressing the issue. However, the bidder will incur a fee equal to 10% of the winning bid as a fine, covering administrative costs to ensure future auction participation privileges. This fee must be paid in full to maintain good standing within the auction community.

3. Right to Refuse Future Service: M*CARBO reserves the right to refuse service to any bidder who fails to comply with payment or legal obligations after winning an auction. Delinquent winning bidders who do not comply with these guidelines or fail to pay the applicable fine will be barred from future M*CARBO auctions. By placing a bid, bidders accept and acknowledge these terms as a condition of their participation.

  2. Assistance in Correcting Legal Conflicts:
    • If a winning bidder cannot legally receive the firearm due to state restrictions, MCARBO will assist in resolving the issue where possible. However, to maintain the integrity of the auction, MCARBO will charge a fee equal to 10% of the winning bid amount to cover administrative costs and ensure future participation privileges. This fee must be paid in full for the bidder to continue participating in M*CARBO auctions.
  3. Right to Refuse Future Service:
    • MCARBO reserves the right to refuse service to any bidder who fails to fulfill their payment or legal obligations after winning an auction. Delinquent winning bidders who do not cooperate with these guidelines or pay the applicable fee will be prohibited from participating in any future MCARBO auctions. By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge and accept these terms as a condition of their participation in M*CARBO auctions.
