KEL-TEC KSG Aluminum Trigger
The major advantage to the KEL TEC KSG Trigger Replacement is that it won’t flex like the plastic trigger and has zero pre-travel after adjustment! Another advantage is the wider smooth blade on the trigger with no hump in the middle or plastic ribs like the factory plastic trigger. It is the most ideal KEL TEC KSG Trigger Upgrade available.
The KEL-TEC KSG Target Trigger by M*CARBO is CNC milled out of a block of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum, then tumbled to remove sharp corners and finally hard plated with black anodizing to give it superior strength and a premium finish.
KEL-TEC KSG Aluminum Trigger is the Best KSG Trigger Upgrade for Combat Ready Performance!
Put a real trigger on your KEL-TEC KSG that won't flex or warp under rapid fire! The M*CARBO KSG Aluminum Trigger was designed to put you more in control of your KSG Shotgun. You will immediately notice a much smoother and crisper trigger pull with this machined aluminum target trigger.
This is one of the best trigger improvements you can make to your KEL-TEC KSG aside from the KEL-TEC KSG Trigger Spring Kit, which will reduce your trigger pull from 7lbs to a modified 3.5lbs and is one of the few KEL-TEC KSG Accessories that can immediately improve accuracy!

Beware this is very hard to do
So I decided to take on the trigger and spring replacement on my own. Everything came apart nicely, the trigger change was easy. This is where the job gets next to impossible!!! Trying to install the trigger assembly is very very difficult , I have managed to install it 4 times (yes 4 times as if one pin is misaligned you have to take it all apart and start over) but have been unsuccessful in putting together the two body halves. The main problem is the pins that need to be aligned perfectly are under tension and do not line up at all. It has been three hours trying to get it back together and still haven’t been able to do it. It is highly recommended that a gunsmith do this job. I now have given up on reassembly and will just gather the parts and put them in a box and when I can afford it take it to a gun shop and have them finish the job.
More Boom for the Buck
M-Carbo's trigger and spring kit for my brand new KelTec KSG brought the trigger from the absolute worst ever (out of a very large collection) to the very best (at least for my shotguns). When I first got the KSG, the trigger made the gun unusable and measured an erratic 10 to 15 lb pull. I know this pull isn't typical for the KSG and with some polishing of the sear and trigger bar, I got it down to about 7-1/2 lbs. Still not great, and still a ton of slop in the pre-travel. After installation of the M-Carbo trigger and spring kit, the trigger pull is now 3.6 lbs and pre-travel is very small and adjusted to my liking. Most aftermarket triggers yielding this much improvement are going to cost well over $100 or even $200. It's the best trigger of my shotguns and vastly superior to my 3 other bullpups. Yes, the installation isn't easy and can be frustrating, but follow along with the video and you'll succeed. The install might seem tough, but when I finished, it worked perfectly.

Beautiful fitment & quality
Alongside the spring kit this trigger is a game changer compared to the ploymer oem one. Well worth the upgrade for the KSG.
Awesome Trigger.
I did this in addition to the trigger spring kit. It is not a difficult install, just take your time and watch the video. The only thing that was a slight issue is I had a Talon grip sticker installed, and that had to be removed to separate the grip. Just keep that in mind.
Great part, tough installation.
Now that it is finally together, I love the aluminum trigger. I also installed the spring kit. Chris made getting that clam shell back together. Look so easy in the installation video, but it is not! Took me at least 10 tries before I finally got the pins to align with the other side of the lower. Hopefully it goes easier for you, but I would expect some frustration. Never taking that lower apart again!
I'm curious if this would also kit the .410 version?
Do you make the ne for the .410?
Do you make the ne for the .410?
