Both trigger options have the same dimensions. The choice depends on your finger placement preference. Go for the flat trigger if you like placing your finger low for more leverage. For a traditional middle finger placement, choose the curved trigger.

I’ve been using Mcarbo for upgrades to my SIG 365 but I just recently got a 40 S&W GEN 2 Kel-Tec sub 2000. Aluminum Trigger and Trigger Guard
I purchased and installed the aluminum Trigger and Trigger Guard when I installed the Trigger Spring upgrade. The aluminum gives a better feel when activating the Trigger or Trigger Guard. The OEM plastic Trigger and Trigger Guard felt like they'd bend when pulling the trigger or folding the Kel-Tec Sub 2000.

Removes all trigger flex. Worth every penny!
Pain
Installation is miserable. If you aren’t an extremely patient person don’t even try it.
Sub 2000 trigger and gaurd
Installed this trigger with mcarbo spring kit and trigger bar. Mushy trigger pull before replacement was between 6 an 7 pounds. Slightly different each time. After installation of new parts the trigger pull was just a hair over 4 pounds and felt much better. Far more consistent and less mushy.
It isn't a quick installation, so if you aren't mechanically inclined you might want to have someone more knowledgeable install it. I've worked on many triggers so I wasn't afraid to tackle the job. I am pleased with the outcome.
Trigger and trigger guard
Trigger guars feels much more substantial and positive to release the lock. Trigger is OK but I havent shot it enough to really get a good feel for it.

How does the aluminum trigger guard effect the service life of the polymer locking block on the firearms hinge?
