Just got my Kel Tec Sub 2000 in .40. Put this sight on it right away as did not like the original sight whatsoever. Got it sighted in soon at the indoor range, too cold to shoot outside! Ready to put holes in old 3 lb. coffee cans now or whatever else!
Arrived quickly, quality construction, easy to install and works well. Wish the the sight was taller and peep hole larger.

All M*Carbo parts that I have received have been top notch and well made. The rear folding sight is a great improvement over the stock sight...it was easy to install and like the fold down feature. Keep up the good work.

This is just what I was looking for. The factory sight is small and low and hard for a tall person like me to get a good sight picture so this worked out just fine. The installation went as described in the video. The videos are great as I do best when I can see how the parts are supposed to fit. The description of the installation are very detailed also. Great high quality part.
This is my most recent addition to my Sub-2000. I've upgraded the pins, screws, trigger guard, buffer, trigger & springs...(My Sub looks like a M-Carbo commercial). I'm using a Sig Romeo5 red dot and the rear sights really got in the way, obscuring my sight picture. Aside from being stronger and precisely machined, the ability to flip the rear sight down improves use of my red dot immensely. When not using the Romeo5, the increased height of the notched sights I installed greatly improves the shooting position of the Sub-2000.
Installed with no issue. Glad I watched the install video. Raises the sight profile, saves on the cheek as advertised. Quality product.
Big difference. Definitely worth the money. I did the trigger bundle a while ago feel like I have a different rifle not hurting my cheek any more
Was thinking about adding a red dot to this, but didn't really want to deal with mounts, etc. Bought this rear sight as the factory kne is too low and doesn't provide a comfortable cheek rest. Added this and it is sooo much better. I was shooting 2" groups off hand at 25 yards with this sight and my home grown 95 grain cast PC bullets. I no longer plan to order a red dot, mount, etc...keeping the investment, weight and simplicity of the original gun. I do plan to try a fiber optic AR front sight post, that may be the perfect combo. Thanks for offering ao many great parts. I now have pretty much everything you offer for the Sub 2K, just need the trigger bar to be back in stock!
The sight is made of durable material. I love that I can flip it down when using my red dot.
Ordered the notch rear sight after reading the reviews. Super easy install and it is a great improvment over the factory sight. Highly recommend this sight.
I wanted a sight that would acquire the sight picture fast from 0 to 25 yards, so I picked the notched sight and I love it !! I was concerned the the sight was not designed to "auto" flip up. I read some reviews and saw with some adjustments the sight would flip up, and it does. I tightened mine hand tight and an additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn. I let the loctite 242 set up over night and it works perfectly ! I shot 250 rounds and have opened and closed it at least 50 times and the sight pops up every time ! Since then I have purchased many parts from M*Carbo and have found them to all be high quality parts that work as expected or better. I love the video tutorials ! Thank you Chris and M*Carbo team P.S. Here's a new part request for your development team; Make a part to holds the bolt open on an empty chamber/magazine. I am sure that would sell:)
Installation was easy and fast. I really wasn't expecting a huge difference but was very pleased with the results. Groups are tighter,sight accusation is faster and the the rifle is a lot more pleasant to shoot. My only problem is that the recoil jars the sight forward and I have to correct that about twice a mag. I'm going to tighten it down a little more and see if that helps.
Watched the installation video and wam done. Easy to install and improved my sight alignment. No longer have to crack my head into the stock to get that sight alignment.
