I purchased a sub 2k and immediately hated it. I found I needed to press my face into the rifle to get proper line of sight. With this product I do not have this issue and now enjoy my sub 2k. Get one today. You won't regret it! Thank you Mcarbo!

Sight picture is loads better than oem. Easy intall, did it at same time as trigger kit. Looks great and fits like a glove.

If you’re tired of a sore cheek after a couple hundred rounds, get this sight. Got the peep, pulled me back on the stock and up just enough that I didn’t feel that characteristic cheek bump we’re all to familiar with. To date, every upgrade purchased from these guys has been as advertised. The videos save you so much time, especially when cracking the case. Only things I haven’t purchased won’t fit my Gen 2 1/2. I don’t have a metal nut between the receiver and bolt tube, so the sling mount won’t work. Dang it! Would have looked so cool, and I’ll bet worked better than the buttstock mount. Bottom line, if these folks sell it, you’re going to love using it.
I went with the notched rear. Sits up a little higher than the circle and you can get a better cheek weld. Now I only wish you guys would release a front sight replacement too,
Installed the slot sight and found it to be difficult to position the rear sight half way down the front sights. NOT like a handgun. I emailed M*CARBO support and asked for an exchange for the peep version. No problem. Sent slot sight in and promptly they sent the peep sight. Went on the gun as designed. The folding feature is a great upgrade over the stock plastic rear sight. Another quality M*CARBO product.
I opted for the Peepsight and it was easy to install. The aperture is larger which I like. However in order to get the gaps to close I had to tighten it up and now it’s pretty difficult to close it out of the way to use the optics. The thumb lever is too tight so I just push on the sight itself to get it to fold. It still puts you at an awkward angle trying to use the sights which is a Kel-Tec design issue. Due to the design of the handguard the site cannot be made any taller but if it could be made slightly taller it would help a lot. It’s better than the original but honestly not by much.
Quality and product is great but still didn't fix the problem it said it would solve. The original rear site is extremely low but this is just about the same. I'm still way off from being able to see my front sight.
With 2 Kel-Tec Sub 2K's I ordered the Peep Sights for both, I am an old Iron Sights kind of soldier... HOOAH. I ordered them late on a Friday afternoon and they were showing Out of Stock, no big deal I thought I can wait. The very next Monday afternoon I got an email that my order shipped! The sights installed without an issue in both carbines and what a Fabulous improvement over the factory sights! Just being able to flip the sights down was worth the price. The sight picture is head and shoulders better with the larger diameter peep the bevels help draw the eye to the front sight for much quicker target acquisition and clearer sight picture! Got this in the mail yesterday , took about a minute to install.Haven't fired it yet , but the sights line up better than the stock sights. I would definitely recommend this mod to anyone.
