Installed this trigger spring in a rifle I have had for 40 years. What a difference it made! The installation video was excellent and made it very easy. Great, fast service.
Great improvement to my trigger, dose exactly as advertised. Very easy to install had it done in no time at all.
Install was an easy 3 minute deal. I went ahead and left one of the old adjustment nuts on there as I did NOT want a 1.5 pound trigger pull. It ended up at 2 lb 10 ounces which for me is about perfect on a hunting rifle.
You just about had to stand on the factory trigger (over 6#) to fire my model 70. Bought this spring and put it in, less that 5 minute installation process, and I am at about 1 1/2# trigger. Nice clean break, no creep, really happy that I did.
Installed on FN Patrol bolt rifle 308. Don't have a scale to report differential change in trigger pull force but can report back a noticeable reduction. Great online instructions on how to change the spring out. Great value and happy with results.

I have five model 70s and have just purchased another all have mcarbo spring kits and all triggers behave the same making it easy to swap between rifles
Before installing the new spring on my Winchester Model 70 the pull weight was a little over 5lbs. I haven’t checked the pull weight with the new spring but it feels like it’s half of what it was. It only took about 20 minutes to install. Very satisfied.
Shipping was super quick ordered day before Xmas received Friday. Installation was easy by following the video. Original late 70s M70 featherweight trigger had been polished and pulled 4.8 after the new Mcarbo spring measure pull is 2.4. With zero over travel. Great product and instructions.

I bought my spring as a recommendation from a good friend. There is a big difference between the original trigger weight and now with this awesome spring. Highly recommend it. I had a gunsmith install it as he was doing other things to my my rifle already.

BE AWARE !!! Purchased 2 Win 70 post 64 springs. One gun a 375 H&H, other 270 Win. Professional gunsmith called. He said as per his practice after trigger work. "After installing to 3-4# TP, he tapped the 375 on the floor. trigger fired on 3rd. tap, multiple times. 270 trigger fired on 4th time tapped on floor. Tested many times." I will share gunsmith name and number to the owner of M.Carbo Can't believe I'm the only one. All buyers, try the simple tap on the floor, Just trying to prevent an accident. DBL GNR
