Much improved over the stock trigger. I did this the same time I replaced the trigger spring. The result is a nice trigger feel with zero slop.
I just got done installing this trigger and the spring kit on my KSG. It has made a night and day difference in the feel of the trigger. There is no more slack in the trigger and I now have a nice clean break.
The updated trigger gives you a great firm pull every time with no trigger sloppy.
Installed this last weekend. Took my time, watched the excellent installation video and got it done with zero issues. If I can do it, so can you! :) Trigger is so much more responsive, no over-travel...love it!
Great trigger upgrade vs. the factory plastic trigger. Very nice when combined with the MCarbo spring kit for the KSG!
This is a terrific upgrade to a really fun and functional shotgun. Installation video is very well done and makes the install a breeze. Highly recommended.
I really wasnt looking to replace trigger as it was acceptable. I saw the kit come out and since all of your products are top notch I figured why not It surely couldn't hurt. I purchased the trigger and spring kit. Again I am impressed by the results. From now on If you guys put out a product for a gun i own It will be ordered and installed ASAP. I just recently ordered a new, replacement aluminum trigger. Along with the trigger I bought the entire trigger and spring kit and lubricant. Within a couple of days they arrived. Pretty darn fast and efficient delivery services. I was pleased. They all came in one pack. I jumped on the job. After reviewing the how to video, I felt comfortable enough to do the upgrade. I couldn't be any happier with the instructions given and the quality of the video. It made the job much easier. I had no problem disassembling the shotgun, and replacing the trigger and springs. The toughest thing was aligning the sear with the hammer unit. It felt tight to me, but with some manipulation it popped right in. Kudos to Chris, and his outstanding products. My trigger is now crisp and smooth. Exactly as advertised. Well worth the price. Now I need to get out a shoot it. I can't wait.
The feel of this trigger vs stock is worlds difference. Having the ability to set back lash for trigger pull is 100% worth it alone and this allows you to get both and have the pull weight.
Am I glad that I saw your website and saw that you had a replacement trigger for my KSG. Love the fit and the finish. I also picked up a trigger spring kit and installed it at the same time. Right out of the package, you could tell the time spent making shaping creating this part. It is no POS, it's a fantastic upgrade compared to the stock plastic trigger. This thing feels solid when you depress it, doesn't feel cheap feels solid and rugged. Installation was super easy !!! (Thanks to the MCARBO team making DETAILED installation videos that are 110% easy to fallow) This part is not pricey and makes a world of difference on the KSG, it's how the KSG trigger should of come from the factory !!!
Followed along with Chris's video and it was easy to do. I would recommend a few updates to the video, (placing the safety switch, and close ups). The trigger feels great, and I cannot stop dry firing it!!
Just got them today 3-19-2021 wil be installing this weekend their video is so easy to follow. These are an excellent upgrade for your KSG. And the instructional video is very clear and so simple to follow. If you are considering to do this, do it use the video's from M*Carbo.
I purchased the spring kit and trigger. Its was really easy to install gives you a really clean trigger feel. Only problem I had with the trigger I wasn't too sure on how the safety was supposed to feel like once it was cock back and put on safety it had some play in the hammer so I end up calling customer service and they explain to me what it was supposed to feel like.
This was very easy to install after watching MCarbo Utube video. This made a very big difference in trigger feel/creep and just the right amount of trigger pull. I would strongly recommend getting both the KEL-TEC KSG Target Trigger and KEL-TEC KSG Trigger Spring Kit they complement each other quite well.
Excellent craftsmanship. Can definitely tell many hours went into design of this trigger. Adjustment screw to eliminate creep is fantastic. Trigger feels much better than factory plastic junk. Add the trigger spring kit for perfect setup!!!
