Parts are high quality and well machined. I wish my lower went together as well as the KSG featured in the video. As the presenter said the action bar spring was a nuisance and kept popping out. Kel tec I believe will sent you one of these springs free of charge, but it might be a convenience if MCARBO offered one in the spring set or offered a two pack at a nominal price to speed up the assembly process by cutting down time for the spring search. The only real problem I had was seating the sear on the hammer assembly and the hammer assembly pin be pulled slightly by the springs causing alignment issues with the two halves. Took be about an hour to fit the lower halves together. It was worth it-trigger pull is lighter and more positive with zero take-up. Great parts. Thanks
I was a little hesitant after seeing the installation video, but after a few watch throughs I was able to get this and the M-Carbo spring kit installed in my KSG and it's amazing. The attention to detail and performance are beyond my expectations. Light and clean break with a great look to boot. If you're willing to open the Keltec KSG "Sandwich" and get your hands dirty you will not regret it.

BLUF: Excellent parts & service! I Bought the trigger & spring kit for my KSG, along with a bunch of other parts (see attached picture). Watched the video on the trigger & springs replacement (a few times while doing it). I smoothed out the contact points a bit with some Flitz and a buffing wheel. That part was a bit scary, and may have been unnecessary, I’ll never know. I just know that the trigger is now excellent. None It all came out great! My only gripe and it’s more on me or KelTec, was the wrench for the big front screws on the mag tubes. The wrench didn’t feel like it seated confidently, so I filed and ground on it for a while. Come to find out, it’s the screws, not the wrench. I guess KelTec designed those screws to work with a a Turkish 25 Lira coin or something. The edges don’t allow the wrench to seat very deeply. It would be nice if the wrench had some depth to it to sit deeper in the grooves of the screws. Again, my bad for not realizing that up front. The vice block is great! Next time, I think I’ll put some painters tape on the contact surfaces to protect my KelTec. Not all the parts on my KSG are from mCarbo, but I’m happy with everything I got and very impressed with everything from mCarbo. Thank you mCarbo! I’ll definitely be ordering a few more things in the near future.
First off this is a MUST on any KSG ! Gets rid off that ugly plastic nerf gun like feel of trigger . Now I can actually anticipate the break and reset . Easy install, just keep an eye on that action release spring.
Outstanding products. The fit and finish are first rate, these are the first parts I have ordered from mcarbo. Overall a fairly easy installation, had a little "fun" getting the sear in place, took my time and it went in place. Definitely recommend this for the KSG, the overtravel screw really helped the trigger pull.
I paired the spring kit and steel trigger got rid of almost all my slop and feels amazing. Thank you guys at MCARBO hope to see more products for ksg and rdb

I'm happy as heck with the new trigger and spring, but I'm a bit bummed i had to reorder my hand grip. Make sure you upgrade in the right order.... or you'll be out another $30.
I installed this trigger and the trigger spring kit. WOW! what a difference. It dropped the trigger pull in half. The quality is excellent. The trigger pre-travel is gone, making those follow up shots very quick. If you like quality triggers and that competition feel, this is the way to go.
I purchased this item to upgrade the trigger in my KSG. The product is machined nicely and the spring kit rounded out the upgrade. After cleaning up some burrs on the stock KEL-TEC parts, the trigger action is smooth and now much lighter with the new M*CARBO parts.
For what it is, I didn't even consider replacing the trigger on my KSG. I ran across the video first, and is a must watch while installing the trigger if you do purchase it. Installation is easy if you follow along. While I watched the video, I not only saw what it looked like, I was able to see the quality, the features like getting rid of the pre travel and so forth. As I enquired more, I saw the price and decided to grab it at that low cost. Just like in the video, I too concur the install is easy, the trigger pull is amazing when I added the trigger spring as well. The trigger feels great, makes the KSG feel like a real gun and not a toy. It is one of those products that once you feel it, you realize it is 100% worth every cent of the investment.
What an upgrade! To go from plastic to aluminum is one thing but the reduction in the trigger slack, outstanding. If it wouldn't have been for the MCARBO video, I probably wouldn't have bought it let alone installed it myself. Thanks and I will be getting the spring and polishing kit for my Glock.
Very Good Break and crisp pull. It will improve the Stock action.
You know that old Chinese curse, "May you live in interesting times?" Well, this is it! If you are not very dexterous with your hands, don't try this at home... The trigger is very nice and IF you manage to get it adjusted the first time, it works great. If too tight, it will mess up your Safety setting. So, instead of tearing it down to readjust, drill a 1/8 in. hole in the trigger guard.
The feel is way better than the factory trigger! With the springs that get sold separately makes the trigger outstanding!!!
