Installation of the spring kit went very well, parts were all in good order and the shipping was on time. Went from a five pull average of seven lbs. down to a five pull average of five lbs. Was hoping to get it down to between three and four lbs. bit I think once I get some rounds through the gun it it drop a little more.
This is a great product and is easily installed.
This is my second spring set and once again the installation video was spot on and I was able to install the kit with no problems. Some parts were a little difficult to reinstall but took my time and got them all in properly. The trigger pull on my Kimber Micro 9 is awesome as a result and I couldn't be more happy with the results.
Easy to install and priced right. Trigger is consistent 3.5# on my Micro 9 with the flat trigger. It is easier to install if you don't put the mainspring housing all the way in and only just far enough to keep sear spring in place. Makes it easier to put parts between trigger bar and sear spring.
Awesome, the whole process was very straightforward. The trigger pull was so bad by the time the trigger broke the gun was shaking. After the new trigger springs there was a night and day difference. The Sear breaks clean with no gritty feel and it’s around 3 1/2 pounds. Top notch!

MCarbo spring kit arrived promptly (5 days FL to CO) and well packaged. I'm fluent in 1911 design so oem spring removal and MCarbo spring installation took minutes. Reduction in trigger pull is quite satisfactory as stock KIMBER pull is surprisingly excessive for 9mm. Hopefully, MCarbo will produce replacement recoil springs for COLT dual-spring Series 80 1911's
First I want to say your installation video is outstanding. The presenter is well informed and the quality of the video is excellent. My son and I installed the springs quickly and easily after viewing the video. The measured pull before install was right at 8 pounds (average of three) After install average of three was six. It's not the result I expected, but the pull has improved. I am going to research further to find out if there is some polishing I can to to further improve my trigger. I would appreciate any advice to have regarding that. C.Eggum
Before you start this installation be sure you have NEW needle nosed pliers. The firing pin spring and trigger springs installation was easy to do, but the Sear spring was a nightmare until I purchased NEW needle nose pliers. There is no way to hold the sear Without the rough gripping of new pliers. Trigger is much lighter even without a trigger gauge. No range time yet due to lots of rain
Ordered this spring kit.for my kimber micro 9 got here and installed it pretty simple and gave a smooth trigger pull it awesome.
I wanted to see how well the kits worked. The fit and finish was perfect. The installation video was great snd in no time was finished. The trigger is very crisp and i would guess about 3.5 lbs. Perfect and I am very satisfied, i have not fired yet but will soon to verify reliable firing. Thanks so much.

What a difference it made! I can shoot the gun and get tight groupings with it now.
My Mcarbo spring kit for the micro 9 dropped trigger pull down to 1.94lbs, such a smooth shooter now
When wife was shooting her Kimber Micro 9 she was all over the target. Was told about the Kimber Micro 9 trigger spring kit. Watch the video three times and followed the video from start to finish. Never did a trigger spring kit before and learned how easy it was after watching the video. I had package about 4 days after I placed the order. Will definitely order from them again
