Significant difference in this new trigger versus the factory trigger. Installation was fairly straightforward if you follow the video. I would definitely recommend this upgrade to anybody wanting to improve their Micro 9
After watching the video and reading the reviews I bought the spring kit along with the block, punches and hammer. Cleared off a work space and performed the work in a shallow cardboard box so parts couldn't roll away. Watched the video and kept pausing it as I worked. Took a couple photos after I took the grips off for reference. The Rapide has a mag well flare attached, no need to take the screw out of the bottom, it's dovetailed to the mainspring housing and they come out together. The Rapide also has an ambidextrous safety, so it's slightly different from the video, but it wasn't an issue. Took me more than ten minutes, but less than an hour and cut the trigger pull in half. Took it to the range to function test before I carried it and it performed flawlessly.
These springs are a perfect addition to a custom trigger job (squaring hammer, setting correct sear engagement, polishing all trigger components, etc.). If you are not a very experienced pistol Smith do not attempt the trigger job yourself; have a gunsmith do that!! However, if you wish to reduce that awful factory trigger pull a little without the trigger job, these springs will help a little. But don't expect the same result as you will not get it. Pay the piper his due, and have him use these springs. You will have a terrific carry pistol with an excellent trigger pull (3-4 lbs depending upon your choice). Remember also that over a period of use your trigger pull will reduce by about a half pound through wear.

was very pleased with the trigger pull after putting in the kit and my 6 shot groups came down to under 2 inch . this kit is a must have upgrade for your micro 9.

I bought this kimber micro 9 brand new a few weeks ago, have been shooting a sig p232 with a 3 lb. Pull. When I got the kimber it measured right around 7 lb. It made it almost impossible to shoot bulls eyes with it. I bought your kit and installed it, what a pain fitting the parts back in there. It was well worth the money to buy the kit and the patience test seer install. This gun feels better than the sig but is quite a bit louder and has more recoil, but the trigger is smooth as glass and really light now compared to factory parts. Thank you for going through the process of building these parts.
I am very please with the kit as well as the customer service. The kit came fast and coupled with the instruction video the installation was not to hard. The results are impressive. I would recommend this to anyone. Thanks for everything.

What a difference ! Super smooth and light trigger . Target groups were good , but now even tighter...great upgrade..
Installed in my Micro 9 and cut the factory trigger pull in half. Install was easy enough and presented no issues. I’d recommend this to a friend (I actually already have, but the Sig P938 kit is out of stock).
Purchased the spring kit and it was night and day difference trigger pull was much improved excellent instructions and class a customer service. You can’t go wrong doing business with MCarbo.
Massive difference from factory springs, trigger pull weight feels like a 1911 should around the 3.5lb pull. Hammer is much easier to pull back, the sear spring can be tricky to install but thanks to the video on the website makes installation easier to understand. Great customer service, quick shipping and made in the USA! hard to ask for anything else. Lastly but most importantly, Thank All of You for your service to this great country!! Definitely would recommend this to everyone. Trigger pull is down around 3 lb now. Even the hammer is a lot easier to pull back because of the new hammer spring which is part of the kit.
