I haven't tried it at the range yet....but the "bench" feel is phenomenal....I'd guess the trigger is in the 2.5--3.0....It's great that MCARBO has the install videos out on YouTube--parts appear to be well made.....big improvement in "feel" overall...i can already see a second Micro 9 in my future....so I'll be doing this again....the company does a great job staying in touch-they really want you (the customer) to be happy.....Thanks guys !
This kit made my first micro so sweet I bought the Micro Raptor and a second kit. A lot of bad reviews on this gun concerning FTF and FTE. Installed the kit after re-watching the video; piece of cake. Polished out the barrel using MCARBO polishing kit. The action on this gun is hard to believe. Trigger pull is definitely under 3lbs, but safe. Have had no issues with FTF, FTE. Can’t own this gun and not install this kit. Had to go to another site for the recoil spring. That’s a shame since the other 5 kits I have bought for other guns made me a real believer in this company. Fast shipping, quick to answer questions and in general just stand up. Need to stop by to say hi while on next vacation. You can trust me, I’m an American Paratrooper🇺🇸
Made a significant improvement to my Micro 9. Would highly recommend this kit if you are interested in reducing the trigger pull weight. Also, customer service is top-notch! Thank you and A+
I love my Micro 9, but the trigger pull was heavy and not what I expected from a single action. I put the spring kit from Mcarbo in and it was life changing. The trigger pull is just right, easy install and great installation video. Thank You for this kit!
Installation on Micro 9 Rapide Black Ice. I got my spring kit and installed it today (8-18-21). I was able to install the new sear spring without removing the safety or the sear and disconnector. The safety lever I simply rotated up and out of the way leaving it attached to the frame. While It took a little bit of maneuvering, I was able to properly position the new spring behind the sear and disconnector without disassembling them. My gun works great and I'm now enjoying a lighter trigger pull. I would definitely recommend this product.
My wife was not happy with her Kimber Micro 9 trigger pull. We installed the MCarbo spring kit which took about 45 mins not so easy but do able. Huge difference in the trigger pull! She is happy and now I am happy.

Trigger feels great. Install went well. Not as easy as the video shows but I have much larger fingers. Would love to see M*Carbo offer an aluminum mainspring housing and ambi safety for the micro 9
Relatively easy and inexpensive way to improve the feel and function of your micro 9. Couldn't be happier with the gun now that I installed the m-carbo trigger spring kit. Do yourself a favor and get one today.
The 7lb trigger pull was the only real drawback on this otherwise fine little pistol. Now at 3-3.5lbs it's light, clean, and has a very short reset. I found it easiest to first replace the sear then the ejector. A little patience and everything came out great. This is the best upgrade you can do to a Micro 9. In fact it's the only one I'll do on it.

Still have right around a 6lb trigger pull. Anywhere between 6.25 and 5.5 depending on gauge placement, which factory was between 6.5 and 5.5. Not worth it.
Disappointed that trigger pull did not decrease after installing the kit. The trigger measured 5 lbs before installing the kit and it measured 5 lbs after installing the kit. Not sure why I spent the money when the kit did nothing to reduce the trigger pull. Sorry, but I would not recommend this kit. Keep what you have and don't waste the money or time. If you want to improve the trigger go to a qualified gunsmith. It may be more expensive, but at least you will get results.
Installed all parts and after using a trigger pull gauge, it still breaking at 7lbs. Is there anything I can do to reduce the weight?
