I had never disassembled a pistol that far before but following the installation video step by step I was able to install the trigger kit in my micro 9 and am totally satisfied with the upgrade
this worked as promised But! be very careful to not let the flat sear spring fall down as I had a very hard time getting it back in.
Watched the video, had this kit in in under 20 minutes with no experience. The fitment of everything is superb, the action feels smoother even. I have half the trigger pull I had, and man it feels sweet. Can't wait to go shoot it! Thanks guys for making these parts available to the average jarhead, and for making the whole install process as easy as possible. I will definitely be a returning customer. Semper Fi!
Greatly reduced trigger pull. I would recommend this product to anyone who has factory installed springs on their Kimber Micro 9.
I have made to purchase for the Kimber Micro 9 MM and follow institutional video and your in the game. I performed a average on the trigger pull and ended up with a 3.8 average awesome

After purchasing my micro 9 I realized how heavy the trigger was. After installing this spring kit which was made super easy with the installation video the trigger is much better. Measured at almost seven pounds stock to an average of three pounds after made a huge difference. The shipping was super fast and the price is hard to beat. You can’t go wrong with this kit.
I put the kit into my micro 9 and only got a 1/2 lb reduce pull. I did write mcarbo and was told to bend the sear spring a little. Not sure what a little is. But if there us a need to tweek it i wish they would put it in the video
I am not a gunsmith but managed to put all 3 springs in in about an hour. ( use the u-tube video)They work as advertised lowering the trigger pull by about half. I do not have a devise to measure just going off how it feels. First 2 springs went in in about 10 minutes. Sear spring however needed patience and about 4 tries until I got it right. Trigger is crisp. I also installed a new main spring which is heavier than factory spring. I went to range and gun preformed flawlessly both with 115 grain and 124 grain FMJ. I just wish I could have gotten main spring from Mcarbo also as it would have saved me on 2 shipping costs. I recommend this product to anyone that wants to lower trigger poundage for their micro 9.

This kit did exactly what it claimed to do. The trigger pull is lighter and smoother, and my groupings at 20 yards are much tighter. The only heads up I'd give deals with the installation video. When the mainspring housing is removed to change the main spring, the flat sear spring can come loose, and it is a royal pain in the butt to reinstall correctly. My advice would be to keep your finger on the flat sear spring while removing the housing, and then take a bobby pin or other narrow hair clip and secure it in place to the frame while you're working on the housing. Could save you a couple of hours of frustration during reassembly, and sadly, there are no videos showing the reinstallation of the sear spring. Also, be very careful of the safety with the grips off. If you disengage the safety, it can now travel too far down, and you can accidentally end up releasing the safety spring and plunger, firing them clear across the room, never to be found again.

I called y’all and that was a MISTAKE. I was talked to like I didn’t know what I was doing. I have been a small arms tech 40+YRs. You said you would send instructions to my email.Did not happen ! I am not happy with this product at all. Thought you might want to know .
Wow. I am very impressed by the affect these two springs had on my wife’s micro 9. Before this modification the trigger was so stiff, it pulled harder than any trigger I’ve shot, like double action rimfire revolver stiff. After 15 minutes of work I expected a negligible difference in trigger pull, I was wrong. Now I’m looking at a probably 4 ish pound pull that retained the incredible reset these triggers have. Rarely do you run into something this cheap that makes that large of a difference. Being my first dealings with MCARBO I am hooked. Oh and I’m sure my wife appreciates being to pull the trigger too.
This kit came as described I watched the install video about 5 times as I was waiting for them to get here.Had my pistol busted down the night before and installed in about 8 minutes.The gun passed all function checks once done haven't had the chance to shoot some real ammo thru but using some snap caps and dry fire practice you can already feel and see the difference
What makes this a great product other than the quality made parts is how easy the this kit is to install. I had never taken a pistol apart because i thought it would be too difficult. After watching the video from MCarbo it gave me the confidence to try it myself. The job was very easy to do and i felt that my knowledge of my firearm was so much more than before i had taken it apart myself. You cannot buy the experience you get from a job well done when you do it yourself. And by the way my pistol was much more pleasent to shoot afterwards.
Promptly received the spring kit for my wife's Kimber Micro 9, it was very easy to install, and now she loves her gun with the lighter and more controllable trigger pull, as she put it " wow! it runs like rocket ship now".
