Instructional video made this an easy installation. Reduced trigger pull by at least 3 lbs. Worthwhile upgrade to the Kimber micro 9.
Received the parts quickly and after reviewing the installation video had them in about 30 minutes. I'm no gunsmith but it was a simple install. I have only fired about five rounds just to verify functionality but, the trigger pull is significantly lighter. I'm anxious to get to the range and see how they affect my accuracy. I highly recommend these parts for Kimber Micro 9 owners.
I'm not a gunsmith and it took about 20 minutes to install the springs.
I watched the video but decided to install without removing the sear and ejector. Took about 30 minutes, my only difficulty was reinstalling the safety, took a little force to get it back in place. Trigger pull was reduced from nearly 8lbs to about 4 1/2 lbs. Worthwhile improvement!
Easy install. Especially with the video. Went from a 5-6 lb trigger pull to a 1.5-3 lb trigger pull. Fast shipping and great customer service follow up.
It was easy to install and are quality parts ...however it got my trigger no where near 3.5lbs. Stock was 6.5 with the kit installed it was 5.2. Its an improvement, but not what I thought it would be.

I replaced my springs last month and fired off 100 rounds with no problems and the trigger felt like butter on my finger.
...like the title says. This kit works great; lightened the pull weight, & it even feels a bit "crisper". I especially appreciate the excellent installation instructional video. Don't let the length of it put you off, watch as you go along & you can't go wrong. I did it myself, no problem
I inherited most of my pistols from my father who was a competitive shooter in both the military and his civilian life. I shot competitively for many years and have started to get back into the sport. All of my guns have been accurized with very light triggers. When first got the Kimber I was having some accuracy issues given I am just not used to a stock trigger especially one with a pull of over 6lbs. I would say all my other pistols are -3lbs. This isn't quite as light as those, but it is a game changer. I am no longer fighting the pistol and jerking my shots. The install video on YouTube was AMAZING. I have only broken down and cleaned my guns and replaced an extractor spring on my .45 so doing trigger work was a little daunting for me. I believe my father had his work done at a shop. But this video and its step-by-literal-step instructions with clear lighting and camera work made it child's play. My Kimber is the Triari so it is black and I am so glad you did it on a nickel finish gun so everything was visible. I had found some forums that talked about bending the seer spring and this is such a better solution, and for the price?! Are you kidding me?! I was expecting it to be double or triple this cost. AND it includes the other 2 springs! I took it to the range and I was immediately impressed. I still have a lot of work to do in order to be as accurate as I am with my other guns, but I have an EDC now that I am confident to have with me at my beck and call in the event I need to protect myself or others.
Great spring kit!! Lightened the trigger by half. Also the installation videos are awesome.
Micro 9 was a sweet shooter before the firing pin spring and trigger spring replacement, but now so much nicer. Great product and awesome how-to video. Very quick shipping as well. Well done MCARBO, well done.
A radical change in my opinion. The trigger is pull is much lighter and it still cycles everything I put through it, 115gn to 147gn. No problems.
this kit made all the difference in my pistol. I was disappointed with the trigger out of the box. Now it works as it should have. thanks

This trigger kit works exactly as advertised. I installed it on my wife’s Micro 9 and it reduced the trigger pull from 6 lb. 2 oz. average to 3 lb. 5 oz. average as measured by a Lyman trigger pull gauge. Installation of the hammer and firing pin springs was easy and quick. The sear spring installation is a little more involved, but there is an excellent video from the company that walks you though it. The whole kit took less than 20 minutes to install, and it made the trigger so much lighter and cleaner. If you have a Micro 9, this kit is worth twice what they charge for it, the gun really shoots that much better.
