I can't really say this helps with accruacy, but OH does it look nice. Changed the sound of the gun as well as all the gasses are not going totally forward now. I really like this addition!!

The PC is built BEEFY to begin with so not much recoil. What was so incredible to me was the change in the recoil dynamics! Shoots FLAT, FLAT, FLAT. STRAIGHT BACK push! Follow-up’s easy. Very well made. When you hold it, it’s obvious. Be sure to watch the always excellent video’s provided. But thats what a muzzle brake is supposed to do, M-CArbo, always a step ahead.THX, J.H.
Received my brake in a timely manner and installed it immediately. It went on exactly as described in the installation video. The carbine looks great, but unfortunately I haven't been to the range to test it out. So far I love the product.

Really nice muzzle brake. Preferred the Mcarbo over the Ruger brakes because of the look and design. Was a bit tight getting on but followed the video instructions and powered on. Turned out fine although it looked a lot easier on the video. Shot a box of ammo through it,and very satisfied with the performance. Really like the customer service with this company can’t go wrong do business with,I am a big fan.
This may be the most user friendly web site ever. The staff followed the ordering/shipping process faithfully and even sent a link for installing the brake. It was a simple process and from previous experience, the brake will improve the performance of the gun. I will use this company in the future. I found them by word of mouth of another veteran.

Muzzle brake works like they said; less rise when shooting fast and easier to stay on target ! Would recommend .
I bought the shorter of the two versions. Easy install and has allowed me to shoot quickly and accurately. Very happy
Easy to install. 9mm doesn't jump much from the start but for rapid target shots in competition - keeps second shot and following shots on the money. Appearance looks cool as compared to cheaper drilled water pipe brakes. Good quality as compared to some cheaper ones with set screws. You get good design and quality that works.
