These guys definitely know how to provide good service. They followed up my order with several e-mails to make sure all went well. Their spring made the horrible trigger on this rifle feel like one should feel. Great improvement. I would recommend that if your looking to improve the trigger one of these Marlins check these guys out. No one else seems to be interested in doing this with these rifles. Thanks M*Carbo.
Some of the best money i've ever spent, had a older Marlin 917v. Terrible trigger, NOW its really a nice one, and repetitive at a solid 2 Pounds every time. You'll not be sorry, going to get one for the ''old'' marlin 25 next.

I was told that this spring would work in my 1971 Glenfield 25, but it will not even function. This spring is too wide and too short. Just hangs up. The old style trigger has a small notch in the trigger that the spring fits into. Old style is pre 1975 I believe. You can check before ordering. Old style is .120 " diameter .625 long. Newer .175 D, and .590 long.
I was told this spring would work with my 1971 Marlin Glenfield Mod. 25 22lr. However, the spring is shorter, and much wider than the original, and would not even function in the stock trigger. The spring is supposed to fit into a slot in the trigger, but wouldn't fit.
Trigger pull weight is now down to 3lbs. Super easy install
I ordered the marlin 925 trigger spring and it arrived quickly. I installed it in 10 minutes. Wow what a difference it made. I now have a great trigger on my 22 mag. Thanks MCARBO!

Changed the trigger spring on this Marlin thinking that would make it an easier pull. It has, and the rest of the trigger action has changed for the better, too. The gun became easier to shoot well, and that results in better and more consistent accuracy. Yes, a fun gun to shoot. Highly recommended.
Just put my new trigger spring in my Marlin 917V and I love it and it made the trigger on my Marlin some much better. And if anyone is looking to upgrade there trigger this is the one to go with for the money you can't beat it.

This simple upgrade dropped the trigger pull from 4lbs 3oz to 2lbs 8oz. I love your installation videos as well. Great job brothers!

I have a Marlin 917V and the trigger pull was horrible, got this new spring and dropped the pull down to about 3 lbs. Super easy to install, high quality spring.
Let me start with Thank you for your service! My family and I greatly appreciate your sacrifice. The spring kit for the Marlin 917V works perfectly. Installing the spring was simple after watching the video on your website. I measured the trigger pull before and after. Before I installed the new spring the trigger pull was 3.75-4lbs. After the installation of the M*CARBO spring kit the trigger pull is 2.5-2.75lbs. Trigger pull was tested using a Wheeler trigger pull gauge. I couldn’t find any gun grease with PTFE locally. I used Outers choke tube and gun grease. I believe my trigger pull will be even lower when I clean out the Outers grease and lube with a grease with PTFE. Again thank you for your service and thank you for providing a high quality replacement spring for the Marlin 917V!
