This item worked perfectly and installation couldn’t be easier because of their great instructions available. I highly recommend this product.
First the spring kit is an awesome price, it has great materials made of good quality. Installation was smooth as glass, everything interchanged and an hour later I was done, and it cuts the trigger pull in half as far as resistance
Im a Tool and Die Maker and gunsmith hobbyist. I bought 3- CPX-2 pistols to evaluate them. Many people here were I live and work ask my advice. I like the pistol, it has a very sleek design and is very concealable. Yes, the stock trigger pull is heavy, and actually gave me a finger cramp. I put the this spring kit in all three pistols and turned them into great shooters. I ran 500 rounds thru my test bed pistol and am impressed with this product. It took only a few minutes to install, and is an upgrade worth doing. Excellent Product
Got the trigger spring kit within few days, super easy installation. The video tutorial is a must watch, only had to pause a few times to get out some pins. My accuracy had increased alot better with the new spring kit. If you have not yet purchased I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed I am recommended it too all my friends who own a SCCY.
I installed the trigger spring kit in my SCCY CPX-2 and it delivered on the performance. The installation tutorial (video) was spot on and I followed along with it when installing this kit. Many companies do a poor job of giving the end user adequate instructions on how to install their products, but this was not the case here. I can't confirm the total reduction in trigger weight as I don't have a gauge but I can tell you that it does feel much liter and makes the gun more pleasing to fire as well as easier to maintain your target acquisition throughout the entire trigger pull. I can't comment on whether or not it has had any cycling/firing problems yet as I just installed the spring kit tonight. If I have any issues, I will update my review at that time.
This gun will no longer stay in the safe! Install vid made the job easy. Lighter trigger pull makes it much easier to stay on target. Works perfectly.
Fantastic results! I received the kit quickly after ordering. Great follow-up throughout the process. Installation went exactly as described in the video. I bought my SCCY CPX-2 with a red dot sight in December 2021. The red dot has to come off to start the process of getting the extractor roll pin out which is to be expected as it covers its exit. Another variation of mine is around 10:50 in the video, when he describes getting the leg of the trigger spring out from being captured by the trigger bar, my trigger bar does not have a lower portion of the opening where the trigger spring is captured, therefore it's not exactly captured on mine. It performs just the same, just no lower portion that forms a channel where the spring hooks into. Take your time and you'll see what I mean if yours is similar and not like the one in the video. This may be mentioned by others, I have not read the reviews, just mentioning in case this is something new.
A SCCY 2 came my way with a impossible trigger pull, over 20 pounds IMO. I ordered a new spring kit right of way. When disassembled it I found rust on the slide bar and no oil anywhere. I stretched the old hammer spring slightly and reassembled. Much lighter but did not set off ammo 50 percent of the time. New springs were here in two days. I put the new hammer spring in and had a really nice trigger pull and all rounds fired. Now it's a real nice carry piece.

very fast shipping even arrived a day early my brother and i ordered one at the same time but after install nether of us could tell any difference in the trigger squeeze except it does not feel spongy at the end of the squeeze
Easy installation and definitely an obvious improvement in the end result. Makes my $330 handgun compete with top of the line firearms. Very satisfied.
I purchased the SCCY strictly for the i-Target indoor laser range. I never had the intention of putting a bullet in this gun but after the spring setup, I think I have changed my mind. The SCCY is a nice little weapon but the brand is new to me. It is 1/4" shorter than the S&W short 9mm but wider. My wife liked it so I got it for her. The trigger pull on this piece was very heavy. Although I don't have anything to measure it with, I could not keep it on target. I reviewed the gun after purchase and found out why I couldn't keep repeated shots on target and that was because of the 8 pound trigger pull. I ordered the spring setup and looked at YouTube. There is no way I could do this myself so I took it to a gunsmith for a $35 installation (I just don't have the tools.) When I got it back the trigger pull was shorter and almost feather light. We are consistently hitting the center ring with repeated firings without having to re-cock the weapon after every shot. There is still the danger of not letting the trigger completely reset but it is much better, shorter, and cleaner. The wife practices every night and is getting ready to get a concealed purse. This trigger spring set was made just for this gun and I salute whoever designed it. Thank you
This is a must if you plan on shooting 100 rounds or more at once. Easy install. 30 minutes for the 1st gun. 10 minutes for the 2nd.
Fast shipping. Placed order on Friday, got kits next Tuesday. The parts were perfect. The SCCY CPX1 is not a bad pistol, but the trigger is horrible. Right up there with a Ruger LCP or S&W Bodyguard. The install went fine. I watched the video which was nicely done. My CPX1 has a safety which wasn't covered in the video. No big deal. Remove the screw and slide out the safety pivot. Now I can tolerate the SCCY trigger. Thanks MCARBO. I will be a repeat customer. God Bless MERICA
I am 77 years old a DAV and I have done a bit of amateur gunsmithing but having installed three of these kits is like night and day , no more jams or stove piping in all different types of ammo . I highly recommend these great kits .
