Install video was very helpful and easy to follow. Watch it twice and you'll be fine. Reduced trigger pull a lot. Took it to the range and shot three types of ammo with no problems. Lighter trigger helped accuracy.

I installed the CPX2 trigger spring kit in my first SCCY, easy install, then not having a trigger gauge, I scientifically compared the pull of my second CPX2 trigger with my experienced finger, a very noticeable difference. I ordered 2 kits so the second one will get it's upgrade this afternoon. I am ordering another spring kit for the CPX2 RD that I ordered today.

Nice!

I am happy to report my new CPX-2 ran flawlessly with the new M*Carbo springs!!! I ran 150 rds of cheap ball ammo through her... 2 boxes of Remington 115 grain fmj and 1 box of Blazer 115g fmj... I still have to see how she runs with hollowpoint ammo. The trigger was smooth before, now it's even better.

I just got my SCCY CPX-3, .380 pistol back from the gunsmith yesterday. I had an MCARBO spring kit and an MCARBO adjustable flat trigger kit installed. The factory stock pistol had an 8 lb trigger and a long trigger (DAO) pull. With the MCARBO mods I now have a 3 1/2 lb trigger and a pull that is about 30% shorter! The difference is like night and day! I haven't been to the range yet, but dry firing is really nice. If all is well after putting some lead downrange I will probably get the same MCARBO kits for my Ruger MAX-9.

I bought the SCCY CPX-2 9mm with the Crimson trace to see how I liked an optic on a handgun. I did not like the super heavy trigger. I figured my wife would end up with it and think that would be an issue for her as well. So I ordered the kit on here. It isn't a hard install at all. Very simple with a few tools. The hardest thing was getting the two pins back in after everything was done. They are tight and it pays to have the larger hammer like they say in the video. .....

Bottom line. This is how this trigger should be setup from the factory. Worth every penny I paid.

I have a SCCY CPX-2 that seldom saw any range time due to the factory trigger. Bought the trigger spring kit, installed it in about an hour and the difference is amazing. Trigger pull weight is now much better, smother, and more control with this spring kit. Easy to install, I definitely recommend this kit to all those SCCY owners.

No longer pulls to the right.

The gun shot about 3 inches to the right before the trigger change because of the 8# trigger pull. Shoots very consistent dead straight now with the 4# trigger.

Very fast delivery. along with the trigger kit I purchased the three punches, hammer and assembly block shown in the video.

All arrived together in 3 days. Played the video while I installed the kit. I cleaned the parts as I installed the kit and it took about 1 hour. Very happy with the change.

Purchased two kits to modify my two pistols. Finished first pistol with no reduction in pull. Still 8.5 lbs. will try second to see if it has better results. Disappointed.

Not as easy as he makes it look, but pretty close!

Had to fiddle a bit to get it in grip and reset working. Patience is a must. I did find it easier to lever the hammer spring in from the rear of the grip, while inserting a finger into the front of mag well to guide it to the rear of grip. Popped right in on first try that way, all the time. LOL, I did have to pop it off the grip mod a few times so practice may have helped!

Not as effective as expected

Before replacing the factory springs, the trigger pull on my CPX-2 was 8.3 lbs. With the new springs, my trigger pull is now 7.3 lbs. I only gained a 1lb reduction and at just over 7lbs, the trigger pull is still far too high. The video showing how to replace the springs was excellent and I was easily able to replace the springs....just disappointed that I saw very little reduction.

Went step by step according to the "too fast talking" video. Had to stop the video many times. Holes were much smaller than the 3/32 punch. Had to use the 1/16 punch; which was too small. Not sure why the holes did not match what he was saying. I have the CPX2, which was the one in the video, and mine was one of the first on the market. Maybe SCCY changed things. If so, that should have been noted. Springs I took out looked identical to the new ones; except for the larger one. I assembled according to the video. After assembly, pulled the trigger, and it stuck in the aft position.

Seems like I wasted my money. Now I have to pay $65 an hour for a locksmith to fix this. Should have left it alone.

Not results I hoped for

Got two kits and installed both my trigger pull on both guns was 9 lbs after install was 7 lbs lot of cash and effort for 2 lb reduction

Not Sure about Reliability

The installation was fairly easy thanks to the video but the video doesn't show a gun with a safety which my wife's has. The trigger pull is much better but 2 out of 8 rounds stove piped and that didn't happen with the stock springs so reliability appears to be a problem.

Noticable difference

Watching and pausing the YouTube video made it incredibly easy. Have all the tools needed is also a huge help. If you have any questions as to weather or not you have all the necessary tools, watch the video, get the right tools. Very happy with the quality of the parts. Very happy with the results after install! Highly recommend this kit.
