Picked. up a SCCY CPX-1 but really disliked the heavy trigger. Got the Mcarbo kit and changed out the springs. I never do reviews but had to for this. WOW. What a difference. If you own a SCCY you owe it to yourself to get this kit. You can shoot good groups now. It's a $20.00 miracle.
I finally got around to installing a spring kit and what a difference.i now have a 4lb. Trigger pull and my wife loves it.The only hitch was the installation video did not show that the safety on the cpx1 needs to be removed to remove the trigger spring. Once that was done everything went accordingly. I highly recommend this spring kit for those who want a great trigger pull. Thanks again Mcarbo .
Easily installed SCCY spring kit with MCARBO install video and their customer service is second to none. Everything working great.
Great improvement over the original equipment. Wife needed lighter pull due to arthritic issues. I love it too. Easy to install following the excellent installation video. Would recommend to all.

The kit was easy to install watching the detailed video on YouTube. It has lowered the trigger pressure to approximately 5 lb when it was over 8 lb to begin with. It does not affect the travel or the break on the trigger and has no effect on reset which was to be expected. It makes the gun so much easier to shoot for such a little investment. I would recommend this spring kit to anyone with a cpx2 or cpx-1 pistol.

Was able to do the work myself, the video on YouTube very helpful and detailed. Definitely improved the trigger pull and accuracy of the weapon.
I quickly received the kit I ordered for my SCCY. I watched the video before I ordered and thought "I can do that!" I watched it twice more before starting. Everything went smoothly until I got to the part where you are to drive out the two pins holding the Aluminum frame inside the composite body. In the video it is tap, tap, tap and the pins drop out. I had no such luck. An hour later, I had one pin out. 30 minutes later the other pin had not moved and my punch was bent. I put everything in a box and ordered a new set of punches. A week later I had my new punches and I began again. After 20 minutes the pin began to move! 20 more minutes and the pin finally came out! Another 20 minutes and the project was complete. I have not fired it yet, but by dry firing I can testify to a significant reduction in the amount of force required to pull the trigger. I will report back after I get an opportunity to fire the gun. My gun is several years old and I assume that is why the pins were so difficult to remove.
This is the second spring kit I have installed. Very easy to install, a great installation video too! This spring kit makes a HUGH change for the better in the SCCY pistol. I recommend anyone with a SCCY make this change, you will be glad you did.

Received my MCARBO SCCY trigger spring kit today. Installed as shown in video. What a difference, The trigger is fantastic. Install time took me about 45 minutes. Just taking my time no rush. Great product. Must have for your SCCY for improved performance.
